It's the fifteenth annual Hunger Games and something Rhine Evans has gotten used to over the years. At the tender age of seventeen, Rhine is praying for her chance at a life; but that is one thing she may not get. In a bad stroke of luck, she is chosen for the Games and so is her childhood best friend, Zane. Once she is chosen, she gives up all hope at finding love someday. But the the one thing she gave up, just may be the thing she will find in the arena.
