Reagan had been in hiding in a world full of Keepers and Shadows after escaping from her captors. She needed to keep her memories safe if she ever wanted to return home. One little slip up could alert her to a Keeper who wouldn’t hesitate to wipe her memories and make her into a citizen. When she met Sam, the only Shadow she had any sort of contact with, she finds herself on the run again. She couldn’t let the Keepers know of the secrets she held.
To add to her misery, a Hunter was sent to retrieve her, giving Sam the opportunity to take her to a Shadow Station. Being trapped in a Station wasn’t her idea of fun, especially with Vanessa Kain walking around free when she should be in jail. So what happens when she escapes? An adventure into her past she hoped to forget, and with Sam tagging along. But the Master of Shadows had something planned for her, something she wasn’t sure was bad or good.
Reagan escaped her captors, now she is finding it hard escaping Shadows.
