Blue June
Selectively mute Blue June struggles with a variety of mental disorders including anorexia and an illogical fear of food, and he is sent away to a cult-like specialty facility to overcome his difficulties. Several months later, traumatized and confused, Blue returns home, and is faced with different problems: new friends, who treat him like an object, an adoptive sister, who he’s never met before, eating, which he now can’t do on his own, and the dark, mystifying world of partying that his old friends have become a part of.
