I was just a city boy from Pocatello, Idaho. I had shot Mose, Deer, Antelope, Coyote, even bear, but that could only train my marksmanship, but not that sickening feeling you get in your stomach when you watch a man slump over onto the cold, hard, ground after a loud bang pierces the almost silent mountain ranges of Vietnam. From hundreds of yards away a soldier had made that deadly accurate shot, and there's only one kind of soldiers who have been trained to make shots like that.....snipers.
