When all is lost, it’s up to you to stop reality from slipping through the cracks. When One Direction are given a record deal, it’s revealed that they’ll be releasing a debut album later on in the year. The boys are ecstatic that their life-long dreams will finally become reality, and are happier than ever. Or are they? Louis Tomlinson has been battling with his sexuality for as long as he can remember. He never considered himself to be gay until he began to have strange dreams about his best friend and band mate Harry. Though when Harry finds love elsewhere, Louis is forced to linger in the shadows and plaster a fake smile on his face. He’s unable to hide the truth for long, and soon confides in Liam who accepts him for who he is. When Harry’s girlfriend takes a strange turn, Louis tries to warn his friend, but he’s simply accused of just being jealous, and his accusations are thrown away. Though when his girlfriend puts her devious plan into place, Louis and Harry’s friendship is on the breadline, with devastating consequences. It’s as if Louis has given up completely, and after Harry chooses love over his best friend for the second time, it’s as if he doesn't learn from his mistakes, and Louis can’t take it anymore. Though when Liam knocks some sense into Harry, it’s as if he’s a different person completely. Two best friends, two aching hearts, and one heart-melting roller coaster ride of a story. Feelings are revealed, and action is taken, but not everyone is so accepting. How will the fans react? Will the pair be able to deal with the reactions, or will their relationship cause the efforts of the band to simply fall straight through the cracks?
