Only the unique can live. In Annette's world, everyone is a superhero. People fly, punch through walls, and are exceptionally smart on a regular basis. Everyone gets powers, and those who don't are cast out of their precious city and into a world that would kill them at first sight. Unluckily for Annette, she's has yet to get an powers, and the deadline for becoming "super" is fast approaching. If she doesn't become powerful in the next two weeks, she'll be thrown in a nightmare-ish world where everyone is out to get her. And as the time before her sixteenth birthday dwindles, the world waits...
