Do I really need to say more than the subject? Seriously, let's talk about movies. Movies you love, hate, your guilty pleasure, whatever. Let's go! |

I hate Inception. Most people say it's great but idk, for me it's just boring and confusing. Tried to watch it several times and never lasted more than 10 minutes... |

Anything by Troma. Well, not anything. But they do have their fair share of amazing movies. My favorites are Cannibal! The Musical, Tromeo and Juliet, Dr. Hackenstein, Unspeakable, and Mother's Day. |

@miss_dizzyhead Drive was pretty good and the soundtrack is pretty awesome. I downloaded a few songs off it after I saw the movie. As for Inception, I know a lot of people that loved it and I think they just didn't want to be thought of as stupid. Personally, I found it okay. As for my favourite movies: Seven Samurai, North by Northwest, Oldboy, Once Upon a Time in the West, I Saw the Devil, The Thing, Battle Royale, El Mariachi, Inglourious Basterds, and The Devil's Backbone. Movies I hate involve Avatar and anything by Harmony Korine. @RibbonsOfRainSang Cannibal! The Musical is freaking amazing. I like Toxic Avenger but I haven't really seen many Troma films outside of those. Did you see they made one called Father's Day recently? Also, have you seen Hobo with a Shotgun? It's not a Troma film but definitely draws tons of inspiration from early Troma. |

@Kakarot89 The Toxic Avenger was pretty good. I don't understand why it's the most popular Troma film, actually. And no, I haven't seen Father's Day. I heard it didn't compare to Mother's Day. If you think it's good, I'll see it. xD Hobo with a Shotgun? Nope, but I can tell by the name it should be good! :P |

@RibbonsOfRainSang I don't know if I'll see Father's Day anytime soon since I have tons of other movies that are on my must see list. Hobo with a Shotgun is freaking amazing. Rutger Hauer with a shotgun...what's not to like? As for Toxie, I think he was the first Troma film (I could be wrong) but he also has like six sequels backing him. He's also become the face of Troma, if you go to troma.com he has his face in the O. So even if it wasn't the first Troma film it is definitely the most memorable and really brought them to the public's attention. Crap, he even had a cartoon show. |

Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Ice Age, Tarzan (Disney version), Lion King, Brother Bear, 101 Dalmations... Oh the list goes on and on! I love animated movies! |

@Kakarot89 Movies! Haha I love horror movies, and thrillers, mostly. But I'm also a fan of animated movies like Hayao Miyazaki's works. I like Final Destination, Dawn of the Dead (the remake, not the original, haha) and Shutter Island. Guilty pleasures? Probably Mean Girls xD (I can't not love it, my friends and I quote it all the time.) also, Tangled and How to Train Your Dragon (so adorable. So very adorable.) @miss_dizzyhead I actually really liked Inception (though maybe it miiiight have just a liiiittle bit to do with the fact that I love Leonardo DiCaprio xD... Maybe.) I dunno, I didn't really find it all that confusing, though I can see how most people would. Just personal preference, I guess. As for movies I hate? I'm sorry, I don't care how amazing the graphics are, I didn't like Avatar. The story line wasn't very gripping to me, and, in my opinion, it was dragged out waaaay too long. When I was watching it, there were so many moment where I thought it was about to end, then I checked the time, and it was still only, like, halfway through the movie -_-. Also, Final Destination 4 (or "The Final Destination"). In my opinion, so horrible it doesn't even deserve to be part of the series. The acting. So awful. |

@Kakarot89 Well, I liked the original, but honestly, the remake was better in my opinion (it shocks me to say that too, cause usually remakes always suck, but with this one, I just liked the remake more for some reason.) And yeah, I agree, I honestly felt like the only person who wasn't impressed by it xD. |

@AndiRodgins I think it's because of running zombies. Most people prefer them over normal zombies, not me though. I used to think I was the only person who hated Avatar but then I met a lot of other people who told me they hated it too. @Nicker14 Sorry, I totally ignored you earlier. Are you interested in seeing ParaNorman? That movie looks awesome! |

Studio Ghibli films are amazing, each and every one of them. Also, Princess Bride and Forest Gump are awesome. I absolutely hate what they did to the Avatar the Last Airbender movie, it's just a horrible attempt. |

@Kakarot89 Spirited away is just amazing, best movie ever made. I'd also suggest Howls Moving Castle if you ever see it around. |

@Kakarot89 I guess that's a nice way of looking at it. I personally just didn't think it was as good as a lot of the other Troma movies. I don't think it was the first Troma film. It is one of the older ones, though. Have you seen any of the sequels? I haven't, but I'm not sure if I'll like them. |

@KyWriter SPIRITED AWAYYYY! I love that movie! The only film companies I really remember are Disney, Disney-Pixar, 20th Century fox and Dreamworks. Has anybody here ever seen Anastasia? |

@supaastaahXOXO Hello @RibbonsOfRainSang I have not seen any of the sequels but I don't think I really want to. Ha, I think we'd be surprised by companies we think do nothing but actually do a lot. Without Troma there would be no South Park. |

I just watched The Fall today, and oh my goodness, was it beautiful. There was a part around the climax where I just cried and cried and cried. Apparently, it doesn't have any CGI in it too, so all the incredible landscapes are on location. |
