Good thriller book/movie?

I have a feeling that this summer vacation is gonna be really boring...so i was thinking of good thriller movies to watch---and guess what? I couldn't find any. so if any of you could please post a good thriller movie or book... or you can just post your own paranormal/thriller story. Either one works for me

Movies: Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises ( hits theaters July 20th, woot!), The Machinist, Black Swan, Requiem for a Dream, Memento, The Grey, Psycho (a classic), Inception and Silence of the Lambs.

@nicoleCampos I've heard of all the Batman related ones and Black Swan AND Inception...But what are the others about? ...Requiem for a Dream and Silence of the Lamb both sound really intresting. I'll check out your story...later

@Winter_blue I would definitely recommend Silence of the Lambs, but the unedited version. On TV they edit way too many of my favorite scenes. The movie is also based on a book of the same name by Thomas Harris.

It's about an FBI agent, named Clarice Starling, who is assigned to capture a serial killer named Buffalo Bill who's kidnapping women and making a suit out of their skin. But in order to do so she requires the help of an Hannibal Lecter an imprisoned serial killer himself who's both a cannibal, psychiatrist and the last person you would want inside your head.

@nicoleCampos He's a Cannibal yet a Psychiatrist. Right. OK, WHAT?! The whole concept sounds interesting so Silence of the Lambs is definitely a good movie to watch. Thank you :)

@Winter_blue I haven't seen the movie in awhile, so I don't remember too much about it. But here's an overview: The drug-induced utopias of four Coney Island individuals are shattered when their addictions become stronger.

The film has a lot of rapid cuts when the characters take the drugs, so you might get lost a few times. And no I don't mind.

@nicoleCampos Sounds just as confusing as Inception. I heard Orphan was a good Thriller. (but it's rated R so I can't watch it anyways)

Orphan creeped me (pardon my french) the hell out! It was a good thriller, I won't deny that but the part where the little girl starts flirting with her adoptive dad, was creepy.

A good thriller movie I know is called Battle Royale. I'm writing a fan fiction on it if you ever get really bored. http://www.wattpad.com/story/1218775-battle-royale-survival-ff-wa-2012 The movie is really good. If you don't mind japanese movies with eng subs :D

I just recently watched Limitless... it's both paranormal (kinda) and thriller! Great movie, almost like Requiem for a Dream but a LOT happier haha :)
