Personality: Pretty relaxed, always reading or writing something. I'm very organized and tend to keep on to of any work I have to do. Kind of Editor: I'm constructive, I don't like to change too much of a person's story when I'm editing, but I do tell them what simply isn't working and let them change it themselves so it isn't some stranger hacking apart their work.

Hi! I'm Mary. I'm 15, I love turtles, I'm told I have a bubbly personality, I live in the USA, I love dancing, and I couldn't survive mornings without coffee. I'm a perfectionist, so when I edit it takes a little while longer for me to finish than some. I can give feedback, but it won't be harsh at all; I just can't do that. When I edit I look for grammar, word usage, and spelling mistakes, as well as fixing spots that are confusing or don't flow nicely. I also tend to change words here and there that are common for a word that is more descriptive. If there is a section that I am editing and I cannot figure out what the author is trying to say, I will message them to find out rather than just guessing, after all it's their story, not mine; in addition if there is an inconsistency in their story I'll point it out, but let the author change it. I'm pretty easy to work with, just tell me what you want done and I'll do my best to get it done. Everyone I have edited for has seemed happy with my editing; at least I haven't got any negative feedback. There you have it, me in a nutshell. =)

    I now go to wattpad three to five days a week since my sister keeps hogging the pc and classes are about to start. I also do book covers and such. I usually like to give people advice on their work. A couple of people messaged me a few months back to edit their stories. I sometimes give feed back to the authors when their work are really illiterate. So far I haven't experienced editing a very complicated story. Just a few corrections here and there.

Something about me: I am a college graduate with a bachelor's in Marketing. I work full time as an office manager in the healthcare field. I also own my own letterpress printing studio. In my spare time I act/dance/sing with a musical theater company in my area. As I'm sure most of you will say, I love to read. My other loves include music, dancing, event planning, and of course, my husband. What kind of Editor I am: I am an A-type personality perfectionist. Thus, as an editor, to say I am thorough might be a bit of an understatement. I also read stories which are quite catchy to my eyes. What Style of editing You Have: I basically proofread before I edit. After that, I sometimes change the sentences which would look better or which is not. I also correct verb tenses and spelling. Sometimes, I change the word with another one so that repeating words would be avoided.
