✽ Experience: I make all my own covers, used to run my own cover service but was overwhelmed with school work during the winter and shut it down. I make graphics on tumblr with all 100+ notes. I own Photoshop Elements and am doing a 60 day free beta for Cs6.

@AshleyP Oh. I just use it for fonts because they stand out more than the ones on pixlr. I don't have photoshop bought so I cant use that, but sometimes I use photoshop express. Its pretty good. I would use gimp, but it confuses me.

have you heard of photoscape? Its a lot better than picmonkey and easy to use @WiltingHope

@WiltingHope Sorry to interrupt your convo, @AshleyP , but I just wanted to say this.

@WiltingHope, the fonts on pixlr are the fonts on your computer. For more fonts, people usually download them from

http://www.dafont.com/

and they come up on the site. That way you can choose which fonts you want to use.

@AshleyP I know right? It's not that they're not good at it, but... well, just putting text on a picture doesn't make it a cover, and really, that's all picnik-like websites let you do.
