    Hello everyone. Well, well, well. If its not this old discussion again. Just finished reading through all those pages. Some lovely opinions and 'facts' there. Would like to start of by saying Vampires in my opinion do, in fact, exist. There has been over 20 years of scientific research trying to find out about vampires. I'd also like to say that vampires do not have fangs and when I read that I had a grand 'face palm' moment as the young generation say. I am not trying to start another fight and I take in your opinions with open arms. I am not here trying to prove myself, especially on Wattpad, as I just stumbled across this as I was trying to read a friends book she had written and thought I'd drop in a comment. A few have you have commented about a disease but I am quite surprised that no one has mentioned 'VHERV' this is the latest thing scientists have come across in their research. I am a vampire and I Have given up my free time in helping scientists in their research. Although vampires as a community, mostly everyone of us (that I know off) would prefer to live low and carry on their lives as normal, but with this research that's continuing, in the future the scientists could have came up with a cure for a disease with our help. Of corse this was going to be a two sided argument and me not wanting to be biased, see where the other side of the argument are coming from, finding out that something that you read about in fairy tales and horror films could really exist can be scary or may seam ridiculous. Some will go on to find out the truth and many will continue on with their life while standing by their opinion. As I said before, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I will not slate you and tell you that you wrong in my opinion. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you will have the same curtesy towards my opinion as I have to yours.

    Did you know that I actually sailed on the ship with Captain crunch? True story.

    Also, Raven, Damien, and Damon, are awful names, ESPECIALLY for vampirish/dark characters.

    Have a good day :-)

    "Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you will have the same curtesy towards my opinion as I have to yours."

    You don't have an opinion. You have a dangerous, and harmful delusion, and you need to seek professional help immediately.

    @RavenChocolate I'm a dragon.

    Now now, I have proof of it. When I burp, I breathe fire, and I can fly as high as a mountain on my big, scaly wings. I also have claws, long razor-sharps talons and an intelligence without equal.

    @RavenChocolate I agree with you! I too think that vampires must be real. And unicorns. And elves. And werewolves. And fairies. And dwarves. And Giants. And I even know a dragon!! I, myself, am a unicorn. Pink one... Please, go search for some help, as Parogar have said.

    @Parogar Ahahahahahaha, That was a far to blunt.

    @RavenChocolate I didn't read through your whole essay. But seriously? does anything you've said have any logic in it? Think about. Do have any scientific proof? No. Then It's not true.

    I think you guys are all being a bit harsh and need to stop being so close minded... It's not that hard people just a little bit of reasearch... Look I have found a CONFIRMED case of this virus on wikipedia:

    "I do not personally have vHerv but my best friend Edward acquired the disease. He lives in Oregon and he and his family need to consume animal blood to survive. They cannot sustain themselves on regular food. Edward also exhibits incredible strength and speed. Some member of his family have psychic abilities. I have been to their home on many occasions and have witnessed some of the phenomenon. Although he is infected with the disease he is able to live a fairly regular life. He has a girlfriend Bella who is not infected. Edward's privacy must be protected so I cannot elaborate any further, but believe me when I say that vHerv is a real disease. And an awesome one at that. I would love super strength and speed to attract women. I believe that some of the greatest athletes in the world actually have it but will not come out for fear of judgement."

    My case is tired so I am going to rest it now...

    @JoeTite 'Attract women'? That vHerc disease didn't attract any women, seeing as Edward was a century old virgin. But yes, I agree.

    @JoeTite trollface.jpg @RavenChocolate Ok so where is this 20 years of reasearch about a FICTIONAL CREATURE that came from myths based on the way the human body deacOmposes which I posted a link to on THE ORIGINS OF THE VAMPIRE MYTH wikipidia page. I respect your right to an opinion but this thread is either full of trolls or ignorant people please don't cross fantasy with reality.

    @JoeTite I mean no disrespect, but Edward? Bella? I really really REALLY hope you're trolling. Of course I try not to be close minded. I've been doing some research on the subject as well. Here is an interesting fact for you about the origin of the world vampire: "The English term was derived (possibly via French vampyre) from the German Vampir, in turn derived in the early 18th century from the Serbian вампир/vampir,[17][18][19][20][21] when Arnold Paole, a purported vampire in Serbia was described during the time Serbia was incorporated into the Austrian Empire." I am from Serbia myself and that's why I found this subject interesting. Vampires are myth. Nothing else. Somewhere in the universe there might be a planet where the magic exists and all, and where all sorts of creatures exist, but we live on earth! Our planet is amazing as it is. Its not nice to help someone stay in the illusion of being something that he/she's not. @RavenChocolate obviously needs help...
