Name: April Law Appearance: very dark semi-wavy hair, mid back length. green eyes almond shaped, and a freckled complexion, high cheek bones, small nose, and thin lips. Caucasion. Her skin is usually slightly tanned, do to long hours spent out doors. shes average sized. 17 years old.

Personality: April loves the outdoors and nature. she usually spends her free time laying out outside in her back yard, lost in books. April loves going on hikes, she loves trees, the sound of birds, and creatures and bodies of water, though there aren't many [bodies of water] where she lives, besides the Muddy Mississippi. She's altogether pretty shy and humble, though she does value friendship and family.

Background: April Law lives in St.Louis Missouri with her mom Candice, father Dave, her older sister Cailyn, and younger brothers Ivan and Max. She's lived an all together pretty happy life. Though Ivan and Max can get pretty annoying, April actually revels in taking care of them, Cailyn is a year older and will be off to college (they're very close), and her parents are happily married and make a decent amont of money. She was never considered one of the 'popular' girls at school, but she's reasonably happy with her small group of friends, and plenty of guys notice her, though she doesn't realize it.

hey i was thinking we should make it be summer vacation and none of our charecters know each other until they meet at this awesome summer camp where a group of teens meet somewhere and all go on a cruise to several different islands where they explore caves and rain forests, or go water skiiing and canoeing. each island can be like two or three days apart so they can spend time on the boat sleeping and eating and stuff.

Name: Christian Holmes Age: 17 Appearance: Very dark peircing eyes, framed with thick lashes and set beneath thick eyebrows. Tall and lean, but slightly muscular. He has slightly hollowed cheeks with high cheek bones, and full lips. his skin seems to stay pale no matter how long he's outside. His cropped hair is very dark, in sharp contrast with his skin. His clothing varys with his mood. Sometimes he'll where black, making himself look quite unapproachable to on lookers, or he'll where a pearl white loose fitting button down. He often gets chastised by adults for wearing revealing clothing.

Personality: Though Christian actually likes to be alone, he has several friends and usually attracts a crowd. A lot of girls like him do to his dark mysterious air. Most people who don't really, really know him expect him to be haughty and arrogant, but the very, very few people who know the real him realize that he's quite the opposite, and can actually be shy when it comes to girls he really like. He doesnt show his true colors to very many people at all. despite his many friends he's pretty solo and doesn't trust that many people. Christian observant in the extreme. He's also pretty sarcastic, and stubborn. He can be really sweet, but hates when people take advantage of him.

Background: Christian lives with his father Christian Senior in St.Louis. His mother Amelia died giving birth to him and had never had any other kids, so Christian is an only child. Christian Senior never really got over Amelia's death. He resented his son over several years after her death, not caring for him properly, and mentally abusing him. Now their relationship is pretty shakey. They've come to a mutual dislike, but have learned coexist, and deep down they love each other, though they rarely acknowledge it. Christian Senior realized that he acually loved his son only after he watched as he [his son] was nearly crushed to death in a car accident with a local resident. They still currently live in st.louis, and Christian's father owns and auto-mobile repair shop, in which Christian works part time.

I think we should keep Anonymous_Beauty's idea. But it should have been a competition to win an all expenses paid trip for teens aged 15-18. So the characters are all from different places and they don't know each other but one might be the captains niece of nephew or sibling or something like that.

@Izzyx4 No problem. And I think we should each upload a chapter a week then the next week that chapter will be from our next characters POV or we upload two a week one from each persons POV. Also at the start of each week we should organise what's going to happen in the chapters so they don't clash. And when we go to post our we should read the others and maybe incorporate bits from those ones. The first chapter should probably be the characters getting on airplanes or driving there or whatever. And how many teens do you think should be on the camp? Just the 8 we have or more? And we also need to come up with who becomes friends with who.

@Izzyx4 I'm actually from Australia. WOO AUSSIE PRIDE! And I think there should be romances and obviously not everyone gets along. And we should come up with an account now. Mainly cause I'm already writing my first chapter.... I just really wanted to start and a name for the book. Maybe something like Summer of Change or Adventure or A Summer Away. Or something along those lines

@Izzyx4 haha I love Australian accents too. It's weird because I can't pick up Californian accents so when I'm watching a TV show with and Australian in it with people from California I pick up the Australian accent. And we don't sound how people think we do! To me it sounds more posh then slang but hey I guess everyone has the stereotype of Steve Erwin. Stupid Steve! And I might make a new email for the account. But what are we going to call the account?

@Izzyx4 Summer camp is good. And yeah that's the stereotype of an Australian accent. Where as no one actually says G'day. But we do say mate, like a lot. It would be in like the top ten most used words for teenagers. The other top things would probably be lol, arrrg! rawr! and stupid things like that
