@dipsyz @safiaa56 i guess Barca will win it today. Messi is too good. Gotta love the guy. My brothers won't be pleased. They are huge Real Madrid fans. :P It would be real awesome if Bayern Munich manage to win the Champion's League. Lol. City is ok. But they lack the edge. Man Utd is a far better team though I hate to be saying good things about them. But I guess it's better than being nice to Spurs. *shudders* Chelsea have been struggling after getting rid of Jose. He was a class apart. Arrogant. Yes. But gotta admit-the man got results and he is good at mind games. |

@ashiqtnt Are there any other players that can play with both feet? I am left-footed. I always fight for Barcelona when I'm playing Fifa. I thought since adding Fernando Torres to the team Chelsea would become formidable, but that obviously isn't the case. @dipsyz I think football all together takes up too much money. Thousands on one player... it's abysmal. In your case, 'ours' and 'Manchester United' are interchangeable so it's fine. |

We bought Andy Carroll for £35 million. Now that's an abysmal amount of money. |

@KingBritain £35 million? That's crazy! Is that the most ever spent on a player? |

The most for an English player, I think. The record is held by Ronaldo's transfer to Real Madrid from Utd, which is something stupid...over a £100 million in all, I think, although I'm not sure. It is a ridiculous amount of money, especially for someone like Andy Carroll, who can barely kick a ball let alone score a goal (well he's scored a few lately, but that's beside the point. He's awful). |

@KingBritain I think that's way too much money on entertainment. Ah, Carroll. He's been sitting on the substitute bench for a while. |

It's only because there's so much money in the game. Wages and player values rise with the amount of money in football...it's a weird correlation. He did score a late winner against Everton to put us into the F.A cup final, but even that isn't enough to justify his price tag. |

Don't know about you guys, but does Preimership football make the rest of us players look like panzie's? I mean they go down so quick after a tackle and complain like there's no tommrow. @safiaa56 I think anything over a million is too much to pay for a man to kick a ball around a field for a year. @KingBritain What ever happend to the good old days where players played because they enjoyed it? They went to play a televised game after working a shift down the docks or something. Intresting thing is i've noticed alot of the people i used to play with have turned to watching the lower divison football, and i have to admitt they play a lot better games. =D Was very impressed with City this season, they have turned there game around compelty. And loving it when Chelsea struggle, puts a smile across my metal face =D |

I don't understand some players, the ones who only play for money. Take Tevez, for example, when he refused to play. Millions of people would kill to be in his position, and he throws it away in a tantrum. In my opinion, City shouldn't have allowed him to come back. No player is bigger than the club. I'm a Liverpool fan myself, so I can't really laugh at anyone struggling this season. |

Yes what Tevez did was absoluty disgraceful. He should have been kicked out the team straight away regardless of contracts. It should come down the team and the players not the millions and legal binding contracts. Yes in the last few games he may have turned it around and scored a few good goals, but what he did was unacceptable and should not be forgiven. |

Exactly. I think that's maybe where City is faltering, because they don't have players who play as a proper team, regardless of what they think of themselves. Take Balotelli, for example, the man's the most egotistical idiot in the world. He's a striker and he's already been sent off 3 times this season...it just isn't right, and most of the time it's cos he thinks he's brilliant, and better than everyone else in the club. |

@KingBritain That's what the mentalilty of Preimership football does If you look at what's happening in the N-Power leauge and various other leauge's it's gone back to playing good football as a good team. They strive to be the best, as a team. They get paid less, and therefore apperciate the game more. In the Preimership it's all about proving yourself and the next big transfer to another club for another boat load of money. They try to put themselves above their team mates to get noticed, in the process destroying the 'team' mentality. Even though i support a Preimership team, but they ain't the best =P Same thing with the England team and the most recent World Cup South Africa's preformance. They didn't care, none of them did. They just wanted to show themselves off and get the next big transfer money. Don't think the manager even cared. But where Germany came in, they had a young new sqaud, they still had a love for the game and played as a team to prove themselves as team players and make a name for themselves. Half our team had seen their share of World Cups, and are now just looking to make themselves a hefty retirement fund. |

@ashiqtnt @Safiaa56 Chelsea are doing alright. My dad screamed when they scored and babbled on about how it was a "brilliant goal", so I went back to reminding him that he was a Birmingham City fan and had no knowledge on football. @TheRobot There's too many scandals as well. Take Suarez refusing to shake Evra's hand. It was pathetic and the whole situation just blew up. @KingBritain Bendtner (he's from Arsenal, but is currently on loan to Sunderland) is a complete idiot. He's not that good a player, but still finds it in him to complain about how many appearances he has. yet, there are much better players like Vela that don't appear as often. You don't see him whining. |

@TheRobot Watching Chelsea struggle is making me wince. Anything more than fifty thousand is too much, in my opinion. @dipsyz Not as well as they were, though. But they flattened Tottenham, so they get brownie points for that. Birmingham City? *Shudders* There's some people here that actually support Leicester City. |

@TheRobot I've never watched N-Power League matches. You have a point there. Did you all hear about that Italian guy that died on the pitch? |

@safiaa56 Yeah that was quiet sad, well as sad as a Robot can be. He was rasing his disabled little sister after their parents died. Thankfully however the club stepped in and said they would help her. Watch any of the lower leauge matches, its like watching old black and white football, you know when it was about being good and playing football? The players and team acctualy want to win so try alot harder and makes for more intense games. |

@TheRobot Yes, it was a sad. I hope the club stay true to their word and not forget. I take it everyone's realized the Premiere League matches are so... slow? A rolling pass, another rolling pass, another rolling pass... it gets annoying after a while. I'll check those matches out. |

@dipsyz 5-1. It was beautiful, just beautiful. Although one of the goals wasn't really a goal, so it should have been 4-1. Yes, I know. I didn't even know Leicester City existed, and I live here. Leicester Tigers (rugby) is better known. At least they're good. |

@dipsyz @safiaa56 Just like Spain in South Africa, just boring football. Yes they won, hats off to em, but it was just boring to watch and probably play. I don't really watch football, but my dad watches that show on Sky i can't remeber the name of which is live updates for all the games. When you watch clips from the games both teams are hungry for the ball and to win. It reminds me of when i used to play when i was younger, all the teams were hungry and wanted to win. They try as hard as they can and create amazing games and goal. Yes the Preimer does have good games and goals. But not nearly as often. Now i need to go, you guys are distracting me from my history homework due tommrow, but i still love you so remeber that. And don't pee on my seat, it was very unpleasent last time. |

I knew Chelsea could do it. Well done to them and all that. Now they just have to repeat that in Spain, which'll be a lot harder, of course. |

@KingBritain I can't believe Chelsea won. I should have more faith in my team. @TheRobot It's frustrating when there's a perfect opportunity and they just don't pass to each other! They like hogging the ball. Goodbye and don't die doing your homework. I'll keep your seat urine-free. |

I'm like that with Liverpool. Since our performance in the leagues been awful this year, I'm always really pessimistic when we play in the cup. But, we're in the final, against Chelsea, and we have another trophy already won. Maybe I should have more faith in my team as well. |
