The vampires portrayed in movies and books do not exist. They are fictional and nothing more. But there are humans who feed off blood, there's been many recorded vampire attacks but they are not supernatural; it's merely humans who have convinced themselves that they are vampires to such a degree that they actually crave blood. But sorry, no, they are not your boyfriends or even friends. Those are just some teens trying to seem edgy. See, the real "vampires" don't even have a sex drive, they feel that such urges are expendable. Try to see the Tyra Banks show (the halloween special. Search on youtube), Tyra interviews people who actually live off blood. It's really interesting and insightful. And one last thing, I am christian. But that doesn't mean I'm biased, because the whole religion is at its core supernatural. There's even a part of the bible that mentions dragons. My point is that there might me supernatural things in our world to some extent, but if you're looking for Edward Cullen at school, then I think you'll come up empty handed.

I completely agree to @UnseenUnknown :) But there were such things in Serbia? They believed much of vampires that they have already stabbed some of dead people's chests and also blamed some other people to be vampires. But it was a long time ago.... I wonder how people came up with blood-sucking creatures back in the day.

Since I don't want to argue xD, I just put up some facts instead than continue the stuff but I think it has ended :)

Heya. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned since I pretty much skipped over all the negativity. But there is a disease, there are many different strains of it, it's called Erythropoietic Protoporphyria. One symptom is you can be very sensitive to light exposure and anaemia and stuff. It's a very serious disease and is sometimes referred to as Vampirism. I'm not sure.

But anyway, yes indeed everybody is entitled to there opinion but if you think things are getting out of hand they probably are so why don't you all just agree to disagree and be done with it chicka's and whatever-else.

Let me get this straight; your proof is that two people saying they're vampires, my proof is about 3 billion time that number saying they aren't, and you're the one who's right? @Diamondwolfpup Um... you're a little rude, so people who have a different opinion from your own aren't allowed to post on here? This is a discussion board and you asked a question; people are allowed to answer it if they want to and they're allow to agree or disagree with you. If you didn't want differing opinions, you shouldn't have posted at all. You didn't have to use such foul, rude language... it was not for "a good reason" as you said, it was just you being rude to someone for simply disagreeing with you. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean you have the right to curse at them in such a rude manner.

Honestly, vampires may exist, but if they do I don't think they would be in relationships with humans. Like I said in my first post on this board, you don't hang out and fall in love with a cow, do you? I think it's the same thing with vampires... I can't see them hanging around and loving their food source. Vampire romances are fun to read and write, but I don't think they are realistic in terms of what would happened between vampires and humans if vampires were real.

Also, a simple picture of your boyfriend or friend drinking blood is not going to be enough proof that they are in fact vampires. You're going to have to do A LOT better if you want to convince anyone on here that they are really vampires.
