I know you said no Harry Potter fan fics (I love the books and don't read any either) and I know you said writing style, but if it's also a matter of plot, such as you not liking mixing different couples up (I hate that) I do have a Marauders one which I have kept about 99.9% close to the events of the book. The only thing I have done is introduce a love interest for Sirius and flesh out the events in Harry's parents' lives. Still...
