Well, I would vote for the next Hunger Games. So Capitol would understand what feels making children got to the Hunger Games -while this time, it would be THEIR children. Yeah, what a great feeling would be for them. They should have taken revenge for all the things that happened because of the games -Prim died for that, which had me crying for days. Why not taste a bit of their poison? Why not see their kids dying when they always saw other people's children, and laughed at their death? Then they would might understand what they've done all this time. |

yes what they did is horrible. That is why we should not do it! we are going down to their level! their just desensitizing us and we are becoming part of the games too if we vote yes. It was horrible what they did but your saying that their kids should get punished for that? @AgentGalini |

I can understand the desire for revenge. By the end of the Hunger Games trilogy it seems pretty clear the new post-hunger games world is not too much better than the old. Katniss and her family certainly go through hell. That's for sure. |

I think it showed that they're stuck in a vicious cycle and a very realistic view on how the rebels in oppressive countries today treat those who were comfortable with the oppression. In my opinion, they should have just shot all their kids as they're breeding grounds for revenge. The kids are probably grow up to form their own rebel army. (Though, in my opinion, the dystopia system in whole was flawed for that very reason.) As they say, bloodshed only begets more bloodshed ... |

I don't think they should have voted for another Hunger Games... Revenge in that way is never right, and btw, it's not the Capitol's children who should suffer for what their parents did! I think Katniss just voted for the Hunger Games because she wanted Coin to think she was on her side. 'Cause Prim would never had wished pain on other people, probably not even on her murderers... |

It would be interesting to see what would happen if there were ever a 4th book. Does anyone know if there's any plans for another trilogy? |

@TheDreamingGirl13 i think taht when she said for prim, she meant that if you take away my child watch me take away yours... which was revenge to its fullest... |

The people saying 'they should get a taste of their own medicine by killing their children' are 100% disgusting. . xP what's WRONG with you? |

Not really. But the Capitol did deserve payback, although not perhaps in that way. All the same, I couldn't help but write a fanfiction about the last Hunger Games. XD |

All this talk about payback... an eye for an eye makes the whole world... ah, never mind, I'm sure it's not important. |

Tbh the ending kind of disappointed me, but I agree with @TheDreamingGirl13 that the ending was definitely closed. If katniss turned to revenge she probably would have caused a terrible cycle of it. Her choice was the right one, but that's only my opinion. |

The ending was rushed and not very good. Oh well, love the books anyways! |

I mean, she and Peeta are together and life goes on, but Katniss lost so many... Rue, Prim, Cinna, Finnick... And of course those who didn't die; just couldn't stand to be close to her anymore, like her mother... |

@TheDreamingGirl13 yes i cannot believe she lost prim!!!!!! prim is what made her go to the first hunger games she was in. prim was the reason she tried so hard to stay alive, prim was the only one who she loved undoubtedly. prim made her see the atrocities of the capital. And... prim was so loveable :'( |

I loved all the endings to each of the books. The first one was kinda sad. The second kept you wanting more but the last one kinda just broke your heart with all the death but anyone else here think Gale was better then Peeta?(for Katniss). Also any one cry when Rue died just the way Katniss sang it was so sad. One more thing anyone else find the poem at the end of the last book kinda scary cause it says something bout their kids playing on a grave yard cause you know that's where they burried all the ashes of people or was there body's? Idk it was awhile since I read the seires. |

@AbethCHB20 I think Peeta was better for Katniss, I always did. Gale is too violent, too impulsive, too much like Katniss herself to be her perfect match... Ever hear about 'opposites attract each other?' (idk if you say it like that - that was a straight translation from Swedish) The thing about their children playing on a graveyard IS a little creepy... Well, not creepy, more like sad. It isn't really a poem though... :) |

Btw, when Haymitch asked the others in Mockingjay which moment when Katniss really was herself touched them most, what would you had answered? I honestly have a hard time coming up with an answer for that one... What about you? |

@AbethCHB20 I totally agree that Gale was better. Peeta would be a constant reminder to Katniss about what happened. |
