Try fotoflexr.com. It's a free website with a layering feature. :) Check out one of my covers if you want an example of layering (either here on Wattpad, or on photobucket.com - my username is forevrfallenfromglory). Another good editing site is picnik.com, but there are some features that must be purchased. @ElaineBrown

I recommend getting pictures from http://weheartit.com they have a lot of usable cover pictures :)

can you do a guide on how to put banners on pix like there is a cover then a ribben of sorts then text on ribben. do you underlstand what im talking about??
