Sophia has always been an outcast. She has never been included in anything, and one thing that infuriates her more than ever is what we call the "popular kids" at school. With witty comments, and rude remarks, Sophia angers them as well. Life at home isn't easy for Sophia either. With her parents arguing constantly, and settling for a divorce, Sophia must choose who to live with. Sophia, chooses to live with her Mother in England and have a fresh new start in life. Hopefully this time, she will feel adored. However, put in the same situation, Sophia is still an outsider, and still feels isolated. Her mother hardly comes home on time because she works constantly, and her older brother uses that time to party. Sophia is alone. That is, until she meets Aaron. But little does Sophia know that Aaron is a Vampire, and he is the Vampire King's son. The King has directed the Vampire World to invade the Human World, and use them as prey or slaves. She discovers the things she would rather not know about herself, her family, and Aaron that she never could imagine alone. Sophia must choose, should she go against her own race to save another? Or save her own world, and help to slay the Vampires? The time is ticking, and even if it means sacrificing her humanity for everyone.... will Sophia succeed?
