@xxStoneyGxx First I'd get really, really nervous. Then I'd try to think something up... then I'd come up with the stupid idea of fighting them; that'll force me to look for something I could use as a weapon, and this bread knife here just looks fine enough. So, I'd then think about a spot to hide, (next step only occurs if I really know that person wants to kill) then I'll wait for them to turn their back to me. I'd simply sneak up and cut their throat. How to do this correctly: Sneak up on the person until you stand behind them, use your left arm to hold the person's head, and make a quick, deep cut through the neck while you tear the head to the left - that's the way they'll bleed out quickest. And then take a few steps back and hide again - there's still a danger; they might still be able to fight for a few seconds.

Depends if my family was home or not. If my wife and daughter are home...all bets are off. If it's just me, I'm sure I would be peeing in a corner or something.

@JohnHStyles I'd do the something lol really. But i wean't kill him id just get him in the leg or arm. For it can hurt him but not kill him. And as he take the knife out id run out as fast as i can and then call 911

If it was set at night, I think I would feel like panicking, but remembering the saying that 'panic kills', I'd try to calm down. When everything feels okay (even if it's not), I'd try to find a weapon so that I could protect myself and hide. It's better to be the threat than the threatened, in my mind.

@xxStoneyGxx I'd grab any sharp object I could find and hide, and then when I find the right timing I'd jump out and stab the murderer in the eye and feed the eye to my cat.(:

Probably panic up a storm. After that, I'd hide behind something with a cellphone & a frying pan. Then, when the murderer came, I'd bash their head with the frying pan when they aren't looking my way >:D I'd also have a back-up plan, consisting of a big old kitchen knife.

I would piss myself first off... second I would grab the first thing that could possibly do damage that I see and go after him/her. I'm not just saying that either, I almost did when I heard noises when i was home alone... turned out it was just my mum ;D

I honestly... would grab a knife from the kitchen, hide in my room, lock the door, and call the cops then probably cry lol. But my dog would probably bite their head off and I wouldn't need to worry anyway

My house would be a very bad house to do this in. I have two fairly big dogs, a sword and knife collection, and a mom who is a cop, and a dad who is an ex-pro kickboxer haha. It's probably one of the safest houses on the block.

But if I were completely alone, I would probably hide somewhere until they were close and hit them with a blunt object; like my bokken, until he/she stops moving. Then tie the person up and call the cops. I know it might not be the best weapon choice, but I think I might hesitate to swing something I know would kill them; and hesitation is a very bad thing.

Hm..reminds me of a nightmare I once had. Evil guy #1 comes in through the window. I sit up and say "Who are you?" Yep, my life will be soooo long and sweet.
