Why is this so important? Only members of the Royal Family have violet eyes, which Amynta is not a part of. After seventeen long years, will this finally be the year in which Amynta gets her Guardian Animal? What will happen when people finally discover her eyes?

She has a basement that is off limit to her servants, and the entire mansion is only lit with candles and windows, most of which are blocked by black curtains. And then there's Lance. He's the servant Grandmama assigned to Leeon, not to care for him, but to show him his own chores and to keep him on schedule, not to mention Lance has the key to Leeon's room. But Lance does more than is needed to protect Leeon. Watch as Leeon and Lance's relationship evolves and as Grandmama works her sick ways in... Grandmama's Mansion

Please read this author's work @davidwilkinson - which follows the life and adventures of a young Centurion. He really knows his subject,has a great story and his characters are really well drawn Parts of it are brutal, that's how it was to be a soldier of Rome but there is also great humour. It is a fine read and well worth your time even if you are not a fan of this genre. I wasn't but I love this story, the characters and the way it is written. Please let him have your feedback. There are two chapters uploaded at present. Enjoy

i read this book and fell in love. you never really what's coming. some of the stuff is cliche and amateur, but all in all, it's a great book.

here's the summary:

They say that true love conquers all.

When Andie and Jake are ten years old they share their "first kiss" together they believe they are "in love".

It's five years later, and Jake and Andie's families finally find the time to meet up again. After a few awkward moments, their love sparks once again. But, is this love meant to be? Will this love be true enough to conquer the trials and tribulations these young teens face?
