Hunger Games Tributes needed

Alright so I need tributes for both Never In a Lifetime and Nothing Personal Sequal.

The synopsis: Nine year old Holly Banks an orphan from district 13 being sent to district 11 by the Capitol whe she was only three. This Hunger Games, 6th Holly does something nobody would of ever expected in there entire lives. Holly's sister (not really related she is adopted) Saphia Banks a 13 year old gets chosen to represent for the 6th hunger games. What will this nine year old, Holly Banks do to leave everyone stunned. Never In a Lifetime

Synopsis: Before reading this you might want to go and actually read Norhing Personal by RobotsWillCry. I've gotten permission off her to write this for variable reasons.So I don't own the actual idea of the first book or anything just the plot and my character Skyler, Vintage and the tributes.

Through the eyes of the mentor, Skyler Dashton the victor of the ? hunger Games. Skyler watches and mentors the people she loves wether it be Annabelle or Vintage. (Annabelle isn't my character) either way she is going to have to help the people she loves win this years Hunger Games.

Personality: Holly is a sweet little girl and loves to play around. She is really outgoing and crazy and also pretty carefree. She does not agree with the Capitol and the hunger games and Holly also doesn't do anything the Capitol says they have to do.

Looks: Mid-Length black hair, small, skinny, triangle shaped face, tan, chocolate brown eyes

Background: Holly Banks is originally from district 13 but when she was 3 that was when things went crazy over there. Her parents died leaving her being an orphan but the Capitol found her and brought her to district 11. Now she has been adopted by the banks.

Gender: Male

Personality: Serious and reserved, has an inner sensitive side for his 6 year old brother. To most people, he's bitter and sarcastic, but to people who can get inside, he's really sweet.

Looks: Tall and thin, with very dark hair and blue eyes. Is strong and fit.

Background: His father died in a mine accident right after his brother was born and his mother died in childbirth. He was 12 at the time, and had to support himself and his little brother. He dropped out of school and took care of his brother who is now 6.

Family: Just his brother

Skills: Speed, agility and strength. He's quick and quiet with the ability to blend in and survive the harshest on conditions. Is always aware of his surroundings.

Weaknesses: Becoming attached to the people he loves.

Weapon: Anything he can use.

Worst weapon: Bow and Arrow (do you mean the deadliest?)

Fears: Losing someone who he loves

Appearance: (celeb if you want) shoulder length wavy red hair, tan, emerald green eyes, tall, skinny, wears glasses

Personality: kind, optimistic (usually), never stops talking, is always laughing or joking around. (hope that's alright)

Background: (include family, but don't make it too detailed) lives with her mum, dad and her little sister Vintage. Her and her mum stay home and work with the few animals they own while Vintage and her dad help gather fruit and things.

Reaped/ volunteered: (if volunteered; why?) reaped

Reaction: (subject to change if I feel like it) a look of surprise

Interview: (tell me a bit about it; what do they wear, what do they do?) she wears a green dress that reaches her knees. It has a bow on the top of the dress and florals at the bottom and for the interview she mainly talks about her sister and how she plans on winning (doesn't mean she is gonna win)

Training score: (and how did they get it?) 6. She had a now and arrow and ran and did a backflip shooting an arrow although the arrow was never fired

Games tactics: make as many allies as possible and when there is only one left steel the supplies and run away.

Allies?: (who would they prefer to be allies with?) everyone except the careers just because she knows they will only use her

Opinions on Games: they're worthless

Opinions on Capitol: need a big makeover

Strengths and weapon: running, jumping, climbing, dodging things, has really quick reflexes

Personality: She seems fearless, almost reckless at times, and never hesitates to finish the job. She is very intelligent when it comes to battle strategy, stealth, and survival. She is ruthless in fighting, prides herself in never leaving any survivors, and has no allies (meaning she has been known to turn on even friends and family if it ensures her victory). However, she will remain loyal to you as long as it is in her best interest so she does not necessarily work alone all the time.Unlike the other career tributes, she does not take as much joy in mocking people, she prefers her skill to speak for itself. She is a person of few words and fairly serious most of the time. For the most part she is almost emotionless, except for when it comes to her brother (explained further down). The one way to get her to show emotion of any kind (namely rage and sorrow) is if you mention him. When she is not fighting, she is almost always training. She has a lot of ambition and wishes to be the greatest fighter in all of Panem. There was only one person in the whole world whom she trusted completely and would never betray: her twin brother Typhus.

Background: Typhus was killed when they were 14 in a training accident with her father who is highly ambitious and doesn't seem to care about anything but success, power, and his children's training. She blames her father for his death and secretly vows to avenge Typhus one day when she is strong enough to defeat their father. The daggers she uses were originally her brother's, so she keeps them by her side and uses them in battle, almost as a way to keep him by her side in all her battles as she used to fight with him as a team. before her brother died she was quite talkative and emotional, but with his death a part of her personality died as well and her world became all about training to be the best.

Family: Twin brother (deceased), Father, Mother (deceased)

Skills: Hand to Hand combat, stealth, battle strategy

Weaknesses: Her one weakness is her pride and refusal to rely on anyone. She would rather "die with honor" than allow herself to show weakness and beg for help from another.

Weapon: battle/throwing knives

Worst weapon: doesn't really have a weapon she can't use, but refuses to use anything but her knives

Fears: she acts like she's super tough and doesn't need anyone or anything, but she is secretly afraid of ending up completely alone which is why she still hangs on to her brother so tightly

Reaction: no reaction neither happy nor said, just calm and quiet.
