Need title help!

I have an idea featuring a college and/ or high school student suffering from a mental breakdown from schizophrenia and being taken to a mental hospital to recover, but it being worse and having to save herself from the staff and other pantients. The question is: is it real or all in her head? I can't for the life of me think of a title for this though, and I know it's going to drive me crazy till I can get one. But I may need some suggestions...so post away :)

I'll dedicate my prologue (when I'ts posted) to the person who's title idea I choose :)
