What story is this??

There is a girl who is a werewolf and her brother is also one too. I think he is a soon to be alpha. She isn't really his sister because her adopted parents found her on the steps and her adopted mother bonded with her quickly. So she told her husband not to kill her off. They grow up and it's time for her brother to find his mate at a party She doesnt want to go, but is forced to because she knows she wouldnt have a mate because of her situation. She has two different werewolf pack blood in her. the other pack comes to the party also. soon its time and she finds out that she has two mates, Kai and her brother(forgot the name) they were all knocked out because she is super powerful.that is all i remember...please help
