What if you run out of characters, do you recycle them?

I was just asking if you run out of characters, do you use them in another story again? Because i'm making another two stories and i'm running out of good characters because i already used them in the previous ones.

@MaryielSanarez Well, hmm, sometimes I like to do that, or maybe I'll add a character(s) in so the stories are sort of, connected, you know?

All the time, although I change the name.

I have this character that I invented when I was 6, that has creped his way into nearly ever story I've ever written. I have no regrets doing it. I'll change his name, and make small adjustments to his personality, but it's always him :)

its impossible to run out of characters when there are so many different personality traits you can make a character focused around! :P but yes, I always re-use characters, just changing little things and different traits so they're not exactly the same. My biggest secret is that all the main guys in my stories (except for one) are really similar...
