I'm bored so I decided I would make another tribute. (:

Family: Cato (from the 74th hunger games) is his older brother. He has a little sister(15), Cameron. His dad is hard on all of the kids. His mom left them when Caleb was 8, Cato was 10 and Cameron was 5.

Background: Ever since his brother, Cato, died in the Hunger Games Caleb hasn't been the same. Cato and Caleb were inseperable until Cato volunteered for the 74th Hunger Games. Now Caleb is volunteering, so he can finish what his brother started: Win.

Relationship Status: Single even though almost every girl in district 2 likes him

Appearance: Dirty blonde hair that is always messy on top of his head. Light brown eyes that appear to be golden. Very tall (6'5'') and fairly muscular (but doesn't look like a meat-head, just enough to be intimidating); Tanned skin; strong jaw line; crooked smile;

Personality: Extremely charming, He butters up the Capitol people and the sponsors, pretending to be in love with the Capitol; He's very outgoing and boisterous, being the life of the party when in front of the cameras. But behind cameras, he's extremely secretive and vicious and manipulative. He is bloodthirsty and determined. He will stop at nothing to win. He's watched the games enough times, he knows exactly how to turn allies against each other and he's great at picking out other people's weaknesses.

Special Skills: He knows how to turn allies against each other. He also would be known for his skills with hand-to-hand combat in the arena.

Family: Parents were both killed in the rebellion. He lives with his older brother and sister. His brother was a Victor many years ago, so he wants to follow in his footsteps. It's his brother that has been training him, after they destroyed the Tribute Training Academy. HIs older sister doesn't get along with either of her brothers. She was one of the many people in the rebellion. She's constantly reminded by her brother that it's her fault her parents are dead. (Shiloh feels sort of bad for her, but he never sticks up for her).

Background: Sorta explained above, but his parents were killed in the rebellion, because they were capitol supporters. His parents had him trained for the games since he was a young boy. After the rebels destroyed the training academy, his older brother started to train him. He has always been known for being a charming little devil in his District. The adults like him, because he's respectful and nice to them, but he was mean to the kids.
