WATTY AWARDS 2012 FANFICTION

We all have our celebrity crushes, whether it is a boy from the typical boy band or the new flavor of the week. There are so many movies starring known celebrities that it's hard not to have a crush on a few or just one that takes all of your time. Sometimes our crushes are so known that we have friends that know all about the embarrassing crush. We convince ourselves that it's alright to have a small crush because that's all it will ever be is a crush on some celebrity girl or guy. We will likely never meet them so what's the harm of having a simple crush.

Well for Laura that simple crush seems to be a huge problem.

Laura Robin May is a senior in high school and has about two friends that know her better than everyone else. Laura's mom, Molly, is a celebrity assistant and travels a lot. She always has a new man toy as Laura calls them, the men all seem to be after her for her money but then one day things change. Laura and her friend Kimi are the biggest Twilight fans in their school. Kimi has a crush on Kellan Lutz and Laura has a crush on Robert Pattinson. One day Laura comes home to find out that her mom is dating Robert Pattinson, her celebrity crush. She has to deal with keeping the crush to herself and deal with friend trouble. “I have an idea.” The boy, Damien, took my hand pulling me into a deserted classroom. He pushed me into a desk with the wrap around part of the table connected to it. He pulled out a blue camera he had from his pocket and sat it on the bigger desk behind him. Next he pulled out a red rose from his back pack and placed it on the desk I was sitting in. My eyes widened as I looked at the rose. My hand came toward it and touched the petals finding it to be real. He was smiling down at me liking that I seemed to like his idea so far. “Okay so my idea is to recreate everything. Our first meeting, our first date, our first everything. This time though I have a camera with me. We can document everything this time. There will be our MEMORIES TO REMEMBER.”

Standing here I can't believe all that has happen in the small amount of time. The wind hits my skin as I try to figure out exactly what happen during this time. I met new people and I got out of my comfort zone. The biggest thing was the reason why I was standing here. Here is one of the tallest buildings in this town currently I was standing on the roof over-looking the small town. My mind was mush as I tried to focus on something that was sane and wasn't about the last few hours.

Tears ran slowly down my face. Quickly I wiped them away as fast as I could but even that didn't help. I lifted my feet to the ledge of the building and closed my eyes. Still trying to figure this out was difficult to process. I just wanted the world to know that I wanted to love him out loud.

I am in love with my teacher.

I wanted to scream this out to the world knowing after this no one would know me or who I was. Slowly I opened my mouth and screamed out the information that was killing me inside. Business As Usual

July Rose Truth lives with her father and older brother. Her father is a very rich man and owns quite a few companies. July is the nerd in her family; she still attends high school in her senior year. Her brother works for their father in his companies. One night July goes to the movies to see a movie. As she is standing against the wall awaiting her brother the colder wind gets nastier. A young man not much older maybe in his mid-twenties comes to her and tries to keep her warm. Weeks later July comes home to her father to find that she must meet a new person working for him. During the time that has past she can't help but think about the man from the theater. She comes back to dinner to meet the new man but was shocked to see the familiar face of the man from the theater. Turns out July must accompany her father and this man out of the country for business. She must deal with him on the plane and in their summer home. Over the course of the time at this house and beach things happen between the two. The only problem with their relationship is that he is a friend of her fathers and works for him. He is working in the tightness of high business.
