I think a lot of it is taste. You're definitely awesome at finding pictures, and choice of fonts is awesome but IN MY OPINION you normally don't want font over the main focus of the picture (the girls) and you want it [the font] to be visible at most sizes (like if you resize it to 175 or something, you should be able to kinda make out what it says, you're good). E.g. in the picture with Kirsten Stewart (who's a weird shade of yellow, imho) you can't see 'ad' in 'Bad'. Possible solution: outline it in a light color so it is visible. um, yeah. Also: imagine if it's a real cover. Could you imagine the cover you've made on a published book in your library? (But the answer to that question doesn't really matter if you're not actually going into professional cover-making and all that.) And. Um, yeah. What program do you use btw? |

No problem. :) ___________________________ Uh, I like paint.net, but you also have to download a bunch of plugins separately...I tried Gimp, but it was really complicated and I had no idea how to use it >_< I didn't like how the text comes out anyways, and I feel like brushes for gimp could be really limited compared to photoshop. :< But I have no idea how well the programs work compared to picasa. :c Try using combination of things like websites + programs...? It's kinda tedious but I usually like the results. |
