i used photoshop, and there's this thing where you can make gifs...

not the best explanation, but I think if you google 'how to animate photos' or 'how to make gifs' something'll come up. :)

i think there are websites, but they might only work with webcams/people...

i have cs5, and it's the first photoshop program I've ever had so I wouldn't know what to compare it too. >_>

what I've heard: the differences among cs1-5 were really just a few new features between them and format changes, but I also heard that cs6 was going to be completely different. I don't really know how since it hasn't been released yet...
