I loved Dark City when it came out- Dark City was not made for the general audience member, it was made for the serious sci-fi nut who wants to think about a film. It was written for those who want to see films with an original plot, absence of cliche's and likes darkness. As this describes me to a T- it appealed. It was made as an answer to Blade Runner (AWESOME MOVIE) It reminded me, at the time of Metropolis. |
