Very basic BOOK COVER GUIDE

@TabbyKatXD It doesn't look like there are any apps that can do the same things, the ones I've seen are all to do with uploading pictures only or basic cropping/effects and that's its full extent. You can always try picnik. It basically does all the same things.

@CarolinaV Do I need to download Picasa to get the full extent to make my covers or can Picasa on Picnik or google+ do all the same because I can't download Picasa onto my computer.

@Skittles_Plopper On the website you got the picture, it should say whether or not it's copyrighted. If there is nothing there that determines so, just assume that it is in case.

@Stardazzler There are a manner of programs you can use free online such as Picasa and Picnik. Picnik will be closing in April and moving to Google+

you can also try pizap.com though I prefer picnik over it.

@CarolinaV Hey thx for posting this it really helps!!! but the probelm im having is finging the right photo, like i use photobucket, but i dont exactly know what to type in the 'search' box... i've tried hundreds of things, but the pic im looking for isnt exactly there, but yet i see hundreds of people use it and the find the perfect picture.... so i was wondering if u have a few ideas on wat to put in the 'search' box. thanks for ur time ;)

@livelaughlove7 What picture are you looking for? You can try other photofinder websites such as Favim.com and WeHeartIt and ShutterStock. If you can't find the right picture on Photobucket, try these. One of them is bound to have the perfect image for you :)

What are the best dimensions for a book cover? I have thought about making my own because i have Paint Shop Pro program and i have made different things with pictures in the past but i know that a big thing is dimensions that way the size doesnt affect the quality of the picture
