@ayeshamuzaffar2 Of course is hard not to think at these things and for example the Buddhist monks have years of training before they can enter in the state of meditation when their minds are completely empty of any thoughts. It's not something you can just do, but you can try, or at least change the negative into positive. If you really need to talk about it, you can pm without problems anytime and I will listen to you. I've seen the story and I even started reading it :)... I figured out the connection between the story and you after I read what you wrote in here... Anyway, like I said, if you want to talk with someone you can pm anytime you want :P And I am really sorry you have to go through all of these. I know it's difficult and the experience is horrible. I was never possessed, but I had my own experiences with them and not only. But for the person in cause it's far worst than for the people around them and sometimes people can't understand how much it can destroy the person and words tend to hurt, too, when people don't believe in such experiences. But that is not your fault, because they think you are sick... It's just them not being capable to be open minded. For example, if they really believe in a God, and good, they should believe in demons or evil, too. It's the same thing after all, only that one energy is positive and the other is negative.

I really needed to here that for my training. @ayeshamuzaffar2 i did just remembered that one of my teachers told me that demons often take on the form of animals when not in a body when i kept seeing large 4 legged shadows outta the corner of my eye ... idk if that helps

No, its like when you look at clouds, They look like all different things, People, objects, and yes, animals. They become clearer or fuzzier, depending of the time of day or night, and other things

Hmm, believe it or not, even though Im 13 I have helped with your kind of case before. Mirrors terrify me to the point where I dont wear make-up! The demon when you were possed was using your energy from your body to communicate, obviously. Your dreams now, your mind is taking your deep feelings and projecting them in a visual form, common.

@NikkiAngel Well...You have to start from somewhere, and having patience is one of the things you need when it comes to paranormal... If you don't have it it's hard because of the expectation you have... Especially when you are dealing with things you know almost nothing about...I am emphatic, too...I get to feel others feelings when I am out, around many people and this a reason why I spent most of my life indoors and I still don't like being out for a very long time. When I was little it was awful, because of all the feelings I felt, but with time I've learned to control them and shut them off... Sometimes I still feel their feelings (especially in moments when I am sick or weak, tired) and I kind of assimilate them as my own and I suddenly start laughing, crying, I get angry without reason if the person next to me is like that...or frustrated, sad, melancholic... You name it :))... Yeah...Mirrors are weird objects from what I'm concerned... When I do Ouija or things that involves spirits, I cover the mirrors around me, or I just stay in a place without mirrors, because mirrors can trap the spirit inside from some reason and have a dark side... And it can turn dangerous... But are fascinating objects in the same time, giving you different opportunities... and they can be used for doing good @noonesbabe

@amaris13 oh I totally agree with the patients. now thus is just a theory I've heard of idk if it has any solid information behind it. ... mirrors can actually hold the anti/nega you. ... the part of your self you do not except but like u said idk....@ayeshamuzaffar2 don't freak out. .... there are milions and millions of demons there a few that are strong enough to possess. they are attracted to negitive energy it there food so just breath and now tgat your safe. .. you have garduans looking over you

@NikkiAngel Actually, that part with the mirror when you can close a part of you in it... It's all true ;)) But it's not something to play with... Because it costs you more than you could think and you tend to feel like something from you is missing... It's hard to get used to it for a long time... and dividing yourself it's not the best thing you would want to do without a very good reason...

@amaris13 for me the mirror weird ... not scary though... if i focus on my image in the mirror is changes... i my skin darkens my hair grows longer and i grow 13 foot wings out of my back. I've always assumed that was what my spiritual form looked like but what is your opinion

@NikkiAngel Uhm, well sometimes mirrors are used to see who you were in your past lives or your true form, so it could be you, but you should trust your intuition. What does your senses says about the figure you see there? How are your reactions toward it? And how do you feel when you see it? These are all things to take into consideration. When you'll see it again, try to make a connection with that entity, see what it says, what it does, ask questions and wait for an answer even if you broke the connection. But since you said that is happening while you focus on your reflection, maybe somehow, you can see your spiritual form because you usually have to focus on the third eye to see your true form, so maybe your third eye is opened and is powerful enough to help you see things faster (but maybe you already did that – opened your third eye, or know it) ... I wish I could explain better what I want to say. Mirrors are opened doors to the other side of this world. It represents the way towards the metaphysical part, the unseen world. It is very simple to connect with the other world through it and this being one of the reasons why in some cultures the mirror is covered when there is a dead in the house, and a reason why I cover the mirror when I do rituals or spells... If the ritual or the spell doesn't involve the use of mirrors it’s better not to have one next to you because it's very simple to catch a spirit in it or let things to come into your home and it can be good or bad, but you don't want to risk, right?

The property of a mirror is to reflect the reality, but the image is reversed every time you see something in it, like yourself... And is not too much philosophy in it if you think about... Is the same as in reality. The mirror reflects both realities, the palpable world, as the spiritual one and the third eye makes things even stronger for you... And maybe that part of you, your spiritual form has something to say to you or without knowing, you are connecting with it through the mirror which is nothing but an utensil to help you get to it, or maybe your spiritual form get to you... Uhm, but still... I say it's better in the first place to be careful... Things can be deceiving when it comes to these things...In the same time it could be your spiritual guide who wants to show you that is there for you. My mother's spiritual guide has wings too... So, from my experience and my mother's I can tell you that there is more than one possibility... But regarding on what you say, I can presume it’s even you, or your spiritual guide.

Mirrors are freaking evil. I see myself smiling , I am smiling but I don't want to I can't control it. And my parents are hiding the truth from me. They know that some thing is wrong. I want to go to a religious person but they don't let me.

Two things I noticed in two months:

(a) little kids cry when I comd bear them. My 2 month year old cousin screamed. I was terrified abd embarrassed cause she did it the first time in front of the whole family. I deliberately go towards little kids. I actually saw one run away in the park.

(b) My neck region had blood smeared on it. I felt some thing fell on me in recess. I though ewww it may be a bird pit. It was blood. My teacher said that maybe some thing dead was on the tree. I vomited.

Hey :) I can see the future through my dreams. It's never anything important though. I had a dream I met a girl who I'd never actually met in real life before. A month later I met her. I had a dream I went to a rugby match (and I hate rugby) and a month later my uncle and aunt surprised us with tickets and I saw everything a second time. That kind of thing :)

Out Of Body Experience

We have a ghost in our house for sure. I think he's haunting his close-combat sword from world war two. It was attached to the guns they used then. And his dog is with him. I saw him once. It was seriously freaky.

I looked out the window, because I thought I saw one of my dogs outside (they weren't supposed to be). I checked and they were both lying down in the lounge. So it was obviously their reflection, right? Wrong. There was a man sitting with the dog. I showed my brother but he didn't see it. When I looked again, the man was leaning over the dog, looking at me.

I felt a ghost once, it gave me a light thump just above my shoulder blade when I was walkin around the cemetery with my friends. My other friend who was walkin next to me at the back of the group said that she felt the same thing in the middle of her back. It seemed like a really friendly ghost, u kno, sorta like it was just sayin "Hey there" and given us a thump on the back. It was really odd but somewhat, I dunno, peaceful I guess? It wasn't scary or anything, just friendly.
