Once upon a time in South Africa, there lived a girl with a wild imagination. She spent most of her younger years talking to the characters in her head, building fairy houses under a Cedarwood tree for a small fairy doll (quite fun as food was collected, acorn-tops used for bowls and dew collected on leaves was used for water to wash with) and re-enacting scenes from regency romances with her barbie dolls, dressed in beautiful ballgowns that her mother made.

She led an idyllic and peaceful life on a farm riding horses and swimming in streams under willow trees.
She would get excited whenever they watched movies with swashbuckling heroes like Zorro or the three musketeers and created all kinds of adventures for them in her mind.
When she was a little older she decided she wanted to be a journalist, and imagined herself as a Nancy Drew-type investigative reporter, busting bad guys, but then she grew up and realised that bad guys did not hesitateto shoot - they were quite willing to pull the trigger and get on with the job.

Thus she ended up in a much safer (albeit boring) office job as web administator after a stint in finance and business management. She still spoke to the characters in her head on a regular basis and wished she could introduce them to the rest of the world.

Then she discovered Wattpad and after seeing how many people there were just like her, writing and taking leaps of faith, she decided to put her work out there!

On a more personal note - I love the colours green, blue and purple, I am addicted to chocolate and I love anime. I am a cat-person. I drink too much wine. I love a lazy-aged rump steak.
