Yesterday was interesting, from spending time with Liam at the carnival and seeing those girls slash demons, to him telling me that he loved me. It was all so much for my sarcastic, yet slightly sentimental- self.

After he yelled to the neighborhood about how he loves me, he continued to shout things about how "beautiful" he thought I was- which i'm pretty sure my neighbors were well aware of his every word, as well as the rest of the state itself.

'Jolissa is beautiful like the sun!'

'The rest of the world is just mad because Jo's got a great arse!'

And that was about the time that I started regain my humor, by laughing at his remarks to the "rest of the world" about me. It made me frustrated at the same time, though, because he wasn't supposed to make me smile; I was angry, upset, disappointed in myself and there he was making all of those negative feelings disappear.

My mother, when she got home, and I ended up making him a cake to which Liam didn't even eat because he claimed that he had had too many sweets for the day. But obviously, he did thank the both of us for doing something nice for him. The rest of that afternoon was spent talking about Liam's future plans- because of my mother and her stupid proper being.

Now, here I was. Sat doing absolutely nothing and staring up at the white ceiling above me. It was weird, actually. This was the only time I could even have without Liam harassing me, mainly because it was super early- three o'clock in the morning. Don't ask me why i'm even up at this time.

I look out my window- which thankfully I hadn't put the curtains down yet- at the full moon in the night sky. Hey, I remember in movies and stupid cheesy romance films that if you look at the moon, there's someone in the world who's doing the exact thing you are. That's kind of creepy, actually because what if a rapist was looking at it too.

Tearing my eyes away from the moon in disgust, I unplug my phone from my charger and see that I have a few missed messages. All from Liam, of course. But when I see the time that he sent them, it was around the same time we were at the carnival.

"Wow I can't stop staring at you"

"Good thing you're playing that game otherwise you'd catch me staring ;)"

"Your arse looks great in those jeans"

"Dont slap me when you read these!!! :)))"

"Ps. im having a great birthday so far because im spending it with you <33333 ;) ;) ;) -Payne Train"

Jesus, he was looking at my butt when I was trying to win that stupid stuffed giraffe? I should have known that cheeky, attractive, idiot would have done that anyhow.

Re-reading the messages, I smile to myself and shake my head as I turn my phone off. Laying on my right side, I eventually think myself to the point where my eyelids decide to rest until the morning.

"Jolissa, wake up! It's already two in the afternoon and you are still laying around like a lazy lump on a-"

"Okay, okay!" I groan, cutting my mother's obnoxious voice off. Good thing I lock my door every night- mostly because you never know when Liam will decide to pay a surprise visit- or else she would just barge in.

"And get dressed. We're leaving in twenty minutes!" She huffs outside of my door.

"What?" I'm definitely up now. "Where are we even going?"
