Chapter one: Disillusionment Charms and Prefects Meeting

"Hide me! Alice HIDE ME!" Lily whispered urgently to her best friend Alice.
"Why?"
"Hurry he's coming! Disillusionment charm... QUICKLY!"
"NO, not unless you tell me why you are so persistant about being invisible..."
"LILY!! LILY!! I LOVE YOU LILY!!"Yelled a 17 year old James potter as he came through the barrier to the familiar platform 9 and ¾ with his best friend Sirius Black.
"Ohhhh! I see... come here so I can do it." Alice consented "But I think he saw you anyways."
Alice then put a disillusionment charm on Lily.
"Hey Alice have you seen Lily? I thought she was just here but I guess I was mistaken."
"Nope, haven't seen her... I really think you should try the bathrooms. Maybe you could get some girls that are absolutely and utterly obsessed with you to go look in the ladies bathroom for you. After all any girl ("with the exception of someone decent and smart" thought Alice to herself) would help you look for her. Well. I'll talk to you later James. Good luck on finding Lily" Alice babbled to James.
"Way to totally inflate his ego." said the invisible Lily disgustedly.
"Hey, I was just seeing if he was thick enough to believe me, and apparently he is." Alice said looking at James who was trying to get a girl to go into the ladies bathroom for him. By the looks of it she was refusing with the excuse "Why? Do you want to date her or something? Cause if you do give up on her and go out with me..."
"That girl, what's her face... Sandra Galactose? Well, she irks me she pretends to be all nice and such but inside she is a VEDD." Lily whispered. "And will you take this charm off me now? You're starting to attract funny looks. Apparently people think you're talking to yourself."
"Oh right. By the way why are you whispering?" whispered Alice right back to Lily "I totally agree with you bout Galactose too. She acts all sweet and nice and sugary and like she's number one. She thinks she's so groovy but truth be told she is a slimy fish brained git. Look James just said that he wouldn't go out with her and that you are the only one for him. Look at Galactose's face. She looks like she just swallowed a vomit flavored Beartie Bott Bean. By the way what is a vedd? Is it some sort of muggle saying? because I've never heard that phrase before."
"It's an acronym I made up for Vicious Evil Demon Dog."
"Oh. I see dog? Aren't dogs supposed to be cute? Wait never mind not all dogs are cute... Hey! Here comes Lauren!"
"AAAALLLLIIIICCCCEEEE!! LLLLLIIIILLLLLYYYYYY! I MISSED YOU GUYS SO MUCH! I'M SO GLAD TO BE BACK!! AHHHHHH!!"
Right then a skinny athletic black haired girl came sprinting up to Lily and Alice and wrapped both of them in a great big bear hug muffling Lily's shouts of "Lauren Shut Up! I don't want James to hear you and find me."

"Prongs! Prongs! I found her! Prongs come here! OI JAMESIE-POO!" shouted the very handsome Sirius Black at the top of his lungs.
"Whoa Padfoot siriusly chill ok. I see her too. Sigh... She is so beautiful"
"Earth to Prongs..." said Sirius waving his hand in front of James face. " Stop daydreaming and ask her out already."
"I don't think that's such a good idea Prongs" Remus cut in. "Lily is already mad at you for being so annoyingly persistent. I think you should just lie low for a while. Let her get back to school and in the swing of things. You know?"
"I guess you're right Moony I'll let her get back in the swing of things... then I'll ask her out."
"Um guys... I think we should get on the train it looks as if it's going to leave soon." Said the chubby weirdo named Peter Pettigrew.
"Whoa! you're right Wormtail. Come fellow marauders. A new year of prank pulling fun awaits" Sirius said a little too enthusiastically.
As the marauders passed the hugging girls Sirius exclaimed "Oh look a cornucopia of love!"
"Wow. That's an ultra large word for you isn't it Padfoot?" asked Remus casually
"Are you insinuating that I have a vocabulary of trivial words?"
"Now why would I insinuate that?" Remus retorted sarcastically.
