Colored Dot's 7

I grabbed my car keys and sloshed through the recent Texas rain fall that had clouded the water with dirt.

Opening up my truck i silently slid in and automatically switched on my radio and heater.

Shoving my keys in the ignition and switching it left the truck came to life.

I grabbed the steering wheel and gazed out at my apartment, blowing into the icy leaving behinde a little cloud.

It was strangely awfully cold.

I sighed.

"Well? Are we going to go?" A male sardonic voice asked right next to me.

I shrieked and brandished myself with an old mac Donalds milkshake carton i hadnt acctually taken out of the car for a while now...

He looked at me raising his perfect eye brow.

"I am a Vampire."

I stared at him doing a slow thrusting movement with the carton.

He sighed.

Very slowly, as if talking to a child said; 

"That won't hurt me." he literally rolled his eyes at me.

Oooh, i was not having that. Stupid Vampire! Chucking me out my window!

"Take that!" I screamed.

Slapping the out of date  contents all over his face, including his eyes.

For a second i didnt think he would react then suddenly squeezed his eyes shut  and smashed the back of his head on the window on impact.

I couldnt stop the maniac laughing that now bubbled in the air around us.

"HAHAHAAA!" I screeched throwing my hands in the air.

Owned by a human!

I looked over at him and my laughing started to die away.

He was smirking. Not good..

In a flash he was by my neck, hand pressed on my thigh, his tongue running along the base of my throat where a vein began to protrude out.

I gasped and silence filled the car.

Was he seriously gonna try and eat me? What was that nonsense about my blood being poisoned?

"Please dont eat me." I whimpered barely knowing what i had said it was so quiet. He heard it all right.

His now shiny fangs were not retracted, running down my neck. Shivering against me.

He moaned in pleasure but then groaned and pulled back.

"i cant eat you."

I gulped and turned to see him back staring at my house.

"Technically you do bite." I said shakily.

"Yes, but i cant eat you."

"W-w-why?"I stuttered.

" 'Caus your blood is poisoned. Toxic to me. If i hadnt stopped i would have died!" He gasped.

I gave him a look raising both my eye brows; "You die?"

He nodded.

"Well, come on. I havent all day."

I stared at him dumbstruck.

"To Sam's?" He sighed.

"Uhm..Can you be out right now? In the sun?" i asked stupidly.

"No Will you suck my blood? Or what are you doing!? Geez your stupid. Yeah i can but by Sunset i must be asleep."

With no more questions i dubiously began to drive toward the Colored Dot's, sneaking glances at him every now and again.

But, he kept his eyes on the road as i drove, not some clique movie where we both catch eachother staring.

Sighing quietly i pulled up to Sam's.

"SAM!" I called as i walked back to the bar through the customers entrance since the kitchens door had been thrown off and there was yellow tape all over it.

Suddenly the Vampire's arm was out in front of me knocking the wind out of me.

"Wait," He said and pushed aside the door to reveal papers thrown all over the office floor, the light shade on the floor, glasses broken. It almost looked like a murder scene out of a movie, but, without the blood.

A loud whimper from the corner dragged my eyes to a bundle of fur, a Labrador, its golden coat wet and its green eyes that looked so familiar were glistening.

I gasped and the Vampire hissed.

"Poor thing!" I cried inching toward it.

"Dont." The Vampire growled.

"But-" 

"No buts."

I began to open my mouth but he grabbed my shoulders and span me around so my back was to the dog.

"Bit late Sam? What's wrong? Cant change back?" The vampire taunted.

But what was he on about~?
