NOTE:
Hey everyone! Wow it's been soo long since I have written this. So I'm reading through comments and reading through my book realizing, damn. This book is terrible. So good news, I am currently writing an autobiography called, The Choice. Once I am up to date on my autobiography I will be editing and fixing this book. It will be a lot better to read, along with less confusion. I'm so sorry for the oh, so embarrassing story I wrote when I was 13, I promise to bring forth better content!

I'm running, running so fast that I can hear my heart pounding like a drum in my head. Something's chasing me, but I can't figure out what. I quickly stop, turn around and then BAM!!! Hi I'm Malaya tanner, I'm 17 and just barely starting my senior year of high school. I was adopted along with my older brother. I have coppery blonde hair that flows all the way down to my waist and really dark brown eyes . Today I will be moving to Wyoming because my dad got a job offering. So yes there's not anything going on in my life that's to important.

I quickly wake up to that there is a huge brown cardboard box laying on the floor in my room. The box had been thrown in through my window. My mother quickly rushed up into my room. "Oh my gosh Malaya are you ok what happened?" She said worriedly.

"I'm ok, I just don't know how this box got in here." Is what I replied with.

"Me either sweaty, I'll take it downstairs and see what's in it ok." My mom said kindly. I kindly said back

"Mom do you need help?"

"No sweaty it's ok, but you do need to get up, remember it's moving day." she said while walking over to the large box.

I laid back in bed and whispered to myself "right moving day." Then I watched my mom grab the box and quietly walk downstairs with it. I didn't really care if we were moving or not. I mean it's not like I had any friends anyways.

When she was gone I sighed and threw back my blankets. Then I quickly got up out of my bed. I went over to my closet to find some clothes. When I opened my closet all I could see was nothing. It was completely clear of anything. "Mom where are all my clothes!"

I loudly yelled to my mother. She yelled back " I already packed them in the Uhaul truck you're going to just have to wear what you have on until we get to the new house." I looked down at what I was wearing. I had on some really baggy pajamas with bunny slippers on my feet.

I thought to myself. " This is going to be a long year."

I looked back up and saw that there where still two small boxes of my stuff in my room. I walked over and picked the boxes up. In my hand I saw that the boxes said " memories and proof." I wondered what that could have meant. Then I just said "whatever" and quickly walked downstairs with the two small boxes in my arms.

As I was getting off of the last step I saw that my mom, my older brother, and my dad were all sitting at the almost clear counter eating breakfast. I looked over to see that my mom was staring at me. She said "you can just go put those boxes in the truck."

I said "ok" and slowly walked over to the door. As I put my hand on the handle and opened the door I felt the sun on my face. It felt really bright for some reason. Brighter than usual. I blocked the sun from my eyes with one hand and held the boxes in the other. Then I took my hand down from my face and put the two boxes in the back of the Uhaul truck.

"Ahhhh!" I could here my mother screaming. I quickly ran to see what was wrong. By the time I got into the house I could see my mother laying on the couch in pain.

I ran over to her and worryingly said "oh my god mom what happened?!"

"fell off the stairs and onto the couch." she said in pain. Then my brother and dad walked in.
