I dropped my keys on the counter, initiating a clinking sound to travel throughout the barren room. I spent a long day at the studio, but I was so happy to finally come home and see the girl I was in love with.

Cassidy was cuddled up in bed, the same bed where I finally was able to have one of the greatest nights of my life. It was the best sex I've ever had, even if it was sloppy and didn't involve numerous positions, because it was my first time having sex with someone I absolutely loved. It was the first time I finally understood why people would wait until after marriage, because it was such an amazing feeling when you're in love.

"Hi baby," I greeted, instantly smiling just at the sight of her. I climbed on top of her and bent down to press a kiss to her lips. "Guess what I found out today?"

"What?" She asked in amusement, moving her arms to around my neck.

I nuzzled my nose against hers. "So, a certain band is nominated for a VMA and a certain someone will be presenting the award in two weeks that this certain band is nominated for."

Her eyes widened with joy, as she sat up straighter, practically leaping to her feet. "Are you serious? Oh my God! I'm actually going to have fun at an award show now!"

I chuckled, wrapping her in my arms. "Are you going to be my date?"

Cassidy furred her eyebrows together in confusion. "Calum, your band is your date."

"Dammit, I always forget about that part," I whined, making her giggle at my half-joking behavior. "Well you better not get another date because you're my girl."

"I promise I won't get another date," She said in a light-hearted tone, still beaming up at me as she planted her lips against mine again. "How should we celebrate the big news?"

"Let's go bowling," I suggested proudly.

She rolled her eyes at me. "Bowling? Are we five?"

"We can get the whole crew to go. It will be fun, c'mon Cass," I pleaded, since I knew my competitive side was going to come out and I wanted to have some fun with my girlfriend and my best friends.

She groaned, obviously not too fond of the idea. "Fine, but only because I love you."

I grinned just at the mere sound of those words escaping her lips. I poked her in the rib. "Hey, you love me."

"If tonight is boring then I might have to take that back," Cassidy teased, laughing lightly at her own comment.

I tucked a piece of her blonde hair behind her ear, letting my finger linger over her cheeks for a moment. I smiled at her. "Baby, it will never be boring if we're together," I stated, making her smile brightly. "Now go get ready you lazy piece of shit."

A pair of uncomfortable bowling shoes constricted around my feet that were currently stepping towards the rest of the group. I somehow managed to convince the boys to show up at the bowling alley, and Bree only agreed because Cassidy was coming.

"So are we doing teams or what?" Michael questioned, slinging his arm around his girlfriend.

Luke chuckled, in that same laugh he always uses whenever Michael says something stupid. "Bowling is like an individual sport, Mikey. I mean, I don't know. At least I thought it was."

I shrugged. "We could like add up our scores though?"

"Alright," Cassidy agreed, since she always my little supporter that would make me feel like less of an idiot when I offered my opinion. "As long as you let me add them up, Mr. Dropped-Out-of-School."
