Chapter 22

He feels her touch and her kiss.  Oh, he misses his wife so much.  Thinking he can stand being away from her, makes him want her even more.  Especially now that he hasn't been with her for days.  "Moira..." He huskily says while responding to her kiss.

"How dare you call me in another woman's name!" The woman rasps at him.  He suddenly opens his eyes and surprised to see a familiar woman on top of him.  "She isn't another woman—she's my wife.  Now get off of me," he says in a cold serious tone.  But the woman continues to kiss his neck.  "You still want me," she purrs.  "I can feel it in your kisses and here." She puts her hand on his crotch but he catches her wrist and pushes her away roughly that she falls on to the floor.

"It's over between us—or do you want me to translate it in Filipino?" He says flatly.

"I can fully understand English."  She stands up and look at him.  "You just left me without saying anything," she said in a hurtful tone.

Umupo na si Ivo at hinagod ang buhok niya.  Kaya hiniwalayan na niya si Belinda dahil napakakulit ang magulo ito.  "I haven't lied to you.  I made no promises.  Also, we both get what we have wanted.  Now, it is over."

Tinitigan lang siya ni Belinda.  "You have no feelings, don't you?  You are dead inside, I know that."

"That's right," he says smoothly.

"You do not care about anyone—" She draws a sharp breath.  "And not even me.  If only your wife knew how cruel you are, I believe she will leave you—"

"Are you done with your nonsense rants?  You know your way out—and leave me in peace, Belle."  He goes to the intercom and picks it up.

"You can't do this to me.  I will claw your wife's eyes out!"  She snarls.

"Just try, Belle."  He doesn't give a damn about her threats.  Pero nag-aalala siya nang banggitin ni Belinda si Moira.  "Can you send security here in unit 32B?  Someone has intruded here."  Pagbaba niya ng phone, tumalikod na siya at binuksan ang pintuan.  "Umalis ka na o baka gusto mo pang samahan ka palabas ng mga security mamaya.

"No!"  Nagmamatigas si Belinda at nanatili pa din itong nakahiga sa kama.

"Hindi ko alam kung paano siya nakapasok dito.  Just change the locks and memorize her face.  I do not want her to enter this unit ever again, do you understand?"  Sabi ni Ivo sa security pagdating nito sa kwarto .

"Yes, sir."
