A piercing howl could be heard coming from La Push. The wolves surrounded their one young Alpha, who was currently curled up on the ground, crying.

"Sam do you know what's wrong with him?" Seth asked worrying about his older cousin.

"I don't know Seth, he has never been like this. That I know of." Sam said

"He was just getting better. Do you think this has to do with Skye leaving?" Asked Quill

"Skye... Skye..." Darren could be heard muttering

Leah walked up to Quill and slapped him across the back of the head.

"Ow Leah, that hurt!" He yelled at her

"I don't care, you know better than to say her name around him or Emmett!" She yelled back

"Okay. Even though Quill is an idiot, I think he had a point. If it is about...her. Then we need to call Carlisle, see if he can help." Said Jacob

"I think you are right." Sam said

While Sam walked into the house to make the call, the others tried to calm Darren down. In the meantime at the Cullens house, everything was pretty much the same, except the vampire, who people compare to be a size of a bear. Emmett. He was just sitting on the sofa, ignoring all around him, but mainly to whatever Rosalie was talking about. With the sudden sound of the phone ringing, Esme stepped into the living room to pick it up. Know the kids in the room wouldn't.

"Dont worry, I got it. Hello?" Said Esme

"Esme?

"Sam! Hello, how is everyone?" She asked

"Not good. That's why I'm calling, is Carlisle there? " Sam asked

" No he is not...wait, he is pulling up right now. Carlisle dear. " Esme called out to her husband

" Esme, what is it? " Asked Carlisle giving her a quick kiss on the lips

She held out the phone to him, before sitting with the rest of the children, listening to the conversation.

"Sam? " Carlisle questioned

"Carlisle we have a problem. How quick can you get here? " Said Sam

"Why is someone hurt? Who is it? " Carlisle respond quickly

"That kind of the problem, we are not sure. We don't know what to do, that's why called you. "

"Sam, I'll asked again. Who is it? " Carlisle asked once again

"Darren. " Sam stated

In swiftness the only sound coming from the cullens house, is the slam of the front door. The once life less bear vampire, blurred out. With only one destination in mind La Push.

" On my way Sam, though Emmett might beat me there. " Carlisle told him

Looking at his family for a second, Carlisle quickly followed Emmett's steps and began running towards La Push, straight to Mr. Sam Uley house. Once coming upon it. Carlisle saw his son pacing back and forth in front of little quaint house. Most likely Sam trying to keeping Emily away from vampires as much as he could.

" Carlisle. He is in here." Sam said nodding back towards the house

"Sam, I must request that Emmett come inside as well. Please. " Carlisle said walking up small steps.

Hesitating Sam finally motioned for Emmett to come inside as well. At the kitchen table sat Darren, not looking at anybody, just ahead.

" He's been like that for hours doc. Well after we finally got him up from the ground. " Said Jared

"He seems so focus on something. " Emily said behind the counter

"No." Carlisle said moving close to Darren, "He is looking for something. "

"Or someone. " Muttered Paul

"Skye. " Emmett quietly said

As soon as hearing her name, Darren head popped up.

"Hey Darren, are you okay man? " Asked Embry

"Something is wrong. I'm getting no answer. "Darren said worried

"What is he talking about? " Asked Brady while Collin shrugged

"Darr, what are you talking about." Said Jacob

"We where talking not to long ago, and now nothing."

" Darren you were talking to Skye. How? " Asked Carlisle

"Oh I can answer that for you, Carlisle. Since they were little Skye and Darren been able to speak through each other minds. Being twins and all." Seth told them

"Wait a second here. You mean to tell me, for the past few months since Skye was FORCED to leave, you've been able to talk to her!" Growled Emmett

"Yeah." Darren sighed

"WHAT!" Hissed Emmett

"Calm down son." Carlisle said While putting a hand on his shoulder, watching the wolves became stiff

"No! You got to speak to Skye...do you know what kind of pain I been though, still going though!" Emmett yelled at Darren

"You think your the only one with pain! She is my sister dammit." Darren said

"Everybody calm down. Darren can you explain why you pretty much broke down in the middle of the forest." Sam said using his alpha voice

"Talking been getting more fuzzy, the more Skye is away I think. She was tell me something." Darren said

"What?"Asked Emmett

"She was leaving. Volterra, I think. " He said

"WHAT!" Everybody exclaimed

"That's what I said, she didn't tell me where she was going. Skye did tell me she had to leave. Founding out something important, that if she'd stayed, she would be in danger and highly possibly killed." Darren told everyone

"What was so important?"questioned Emmett

"I don't know, that is when it went silent and I fear for the worst. " Darren cried, "I swear something is blocking me from contacting Skye."

"Do you think it could be one the vampire powers in the Volturi, Carlisle?" Asked Jacob

"Could be, not sure." Carlisle said pulling out his phone that has been vibrating in his pocket, "Excuse me."

"She misses you Emmett. You are all she asks about." Darren told him

"I miss her to. Terribly." Emmett said sadly

Carlisle walked back into the room with everyone, with a sickening look on his face.

"Carlisle?" Asked Emmett

"That was Alice on the phone." He said

"And...." Said Leah

"The Volturi just called, demanding Skye." Carlisle said

"What." Darren whispered

"Darren, Emmett....."

Skye is missing!
