Hey guys. Before you start to read I want to tell you that, this is just a preview of a story.

This story is coming soon, I'm not writing it now.

It's just something for you to look forward to.

I was so excited I wanted to share it with you guys.

I hope you like it!

Enjoy!

I was finally free.

Cured and free.

I walked out of the building and smelled the fresh clean air.

I exhaled and smiled to myself.

I didn't have to take anymore stupid classes about my problems. No more writing out my feelings. I could finally have a real meal and beer instead of soup and water.

I waved down a taxi and climbed into the back seat.

"Where to?" he asked.

"Anywhere but here,"

"How much money you got?"

"Five bucks and penny,"

"That's how far your gonna go,"

"Shut up and drive," I snapped at man.

He sighed and speed down the street.

He stopped at a bar and pulled over.

"This is where five bucks and penny takes you," he said.

"Thanks for nothing, pal," I said giving him my bill and getting out the car.

"Where's the penny?" he whines.

"Up your ass," I smiled and walk into the bar.

The cab drive drove off and I sat down at the counter.

"What do ya say? A free drink for celebrating,"

"What are we celebrating?" asked the large man behind the counter.

"Freedom,"

"Well, that's something to celebrate. What would you like?"

"Beer, surprise me,"

"Will do little lady," he said walking to the cooler in the back of the bar.

I young man, around my age, walked into the bar.

He saw me and smiled.

I nodded my head and watched the baseball game on the small T.V.

"You a Yankees fan?" he asked.

"Nope, I hate them. I'm rooting for the Red Sox,"

"I'm a Sox guy too,"

The man gave me my beer and I thanked him.

"What can I do for you Mike?"

"Guinness,"

"Hard day at work?"

"Yeah,"

"This ones on the house,"

"Thanks Al,"

The man, Al, walked to the cooler again and the guy, Mike, moved next to me.

"Yes?" I asked annoyed.

"What brings you here?" he asked.

I took a long slip of my beer and looked at him. "Huh?"

"Something always brings people to a bar, what brings you?"

"Celebrating," I said.

"What?"

"Freedom. What brings you here?"

"My job," Mike said as Al brought over his Guinness. "Thanks,"

"No problem," Al said walking away.

"I'm Mike,"

"I heard," I said taking one last slip of my beer.

"And you are?"

"Angelina Jolie," I smirked.

"Come on, for another beer,"

"Madison,"

Mike smiled. "Hey, big Al, can I have a Guinness for my friend here?"

"Sure,"

"We are not friends,"

"I bought you a beer, that makes us closer than strangers,"

Al gave me my beer and I thanked him, then got up.

"Nice meeting you, I think," I said walking out the door.

"Wait!" Mike called after me. "Wait," he said running.

He grabbed my arm. "Where are you going?"

"I don't know. Where the world takes me,"

"Do you have a place to stay?"

"I don't,"

"Then stay with me,"

I laughed. "I barely know you,"

"So?"

"I'm not-"

"Just for tonight,"

I sighed.

I did need a place to stay.

"Just for tonight?"

"Yup,"

"Deal,"
