Chapter 68

"Arh!I hate you"Ara yells as she slams the door to her bedroom as hard as she could and stomps to her bed,Falling down face first in her pillows

Severus sighs and sits down on the couch,

She doesn't understand that Diana will never get up,And I don't want to give her...false hope,Severus thinks as she puts his head in his hand

When Ara and Severus got home he tried explaining to Ara that Diana will not ever move or talk,But Ara said she saw her mothers lips move and that whoever said that they wouldn't is stupid,It turned into one big yelling match and Ara told Snape she hated him for the first time,And It did hurt Severus.

Severus stood up and smoothed out his robes leaving a note to Ara that dinner was in the fridge and he was going to be out late to see Dumbledore,He felt bad for lieing but he didn't want to tell his eleven year old daughter about his drinking problems.

Ara looked up at her desk and seen the pile of homework waiting to be done,She sighed and got to work on her history,But in the back of her head all she could think about what her mother and what she was trying to say,And why Severus and Primrose didn't believe her,She new she wasn't seeing things and yet they still didn't want to believe her,Why would she lie about this types of things,

She sucked in a breath and started to get to work,

Later that night Ara started to get hungry and started to wonder why Severus didn't come to check up on her,Actually she hadn't heard anything since she stomped to her room,That's when the brick of guilt hit her,She didn't really mean she hated Severus,He wouldn't listen to her and it made her mad.

She got up from her chair and looked up for the first time in what felt like hours,A half moon was out and their were stars here and their,Stretching her arms she opens her door and calls out"Er...Severus?"

Silence

"Severus?"She trys again but the only sound she gets is the fire crackling and and wind blowing outside,She furrows her eyebrows and walks downstairs,It was warm but their was no sign of her guardian Severus,She walked into the kitchen and found a piece of paper on the counter

'Ara,

Albus called on me for a meeting about the last months of school,Do your homework while I'm gone and I put dinner in the fridge and get to bed.

Severus.S'

Ara scoffs at the letter,He acts so high up and professional.

Stupid Slytherin.Says something in the back of Ara's mind but she ignores it and opens the fridge as she was super hungry.

 Meanwhile at the Weasley house,Molly and Ginny where cleaning up the table,Arther,Ron,George and Percy where downstairs,Percy paying more attention to his homework then his family.

Well,That left Fred up in his room,Hunched over his desk,His mother thought it was a miracle and he was doing homework,His brother thought he was writing new top secret plans for pranks,But what was actually going on in that room was far beyond anyone thoughts

Fred Gideon Weasley was writing a love letter to Ara Lynx Black!

Yes a love letter,

All he could think about was Ara,She was stuck in his brain and all he wanted was for her to tell him she loved him,He didn't care about the age gap,Anyone who did was an idiot in Fred's mind because they had been best friends for years and he loved her for that same amount of time.
