“Woah, my back is really starting to kill me today. “ Rachel complained holding onto her back, and making her way into the living area.

Harry stood up quickly and cleared the couch making room for Rachel to sit.

“Oh here, sit down. Put your feet up and relax, I guess it’s just because it’s almost time. It’ll get better soon.” Harry assured her as he carefully gripped his hand on her arm, placing her down gently.

She sighed relieved as she sat down and tilted her head back, putting her feet up on the footrest.

Harry slouched down beside her and smiled brightly. “So, how does it feel now? You excited? Your 9 months, could be any day now!” Harry exclaimed very excitedly.

Rachel giggled. “Wow! You seem even more excited than Lou and El, and trust me, it’s hard to be more excited than them.”

Harry laughed, brushing his curls out of his face.

“But yeah, I’m pretty excited. Although I think I still have a week or two to go, but who knows? You never know for sure. I’m just prepared for whenever that day is.” Rachel answered his question as she rubbed her belly.

It had been 9 months since Rachel had been pregnant with hers, and Zayn’s baby. They had been a few torturous months, but for now she was in good hands of her friends and family to take care of her.

“Okay hun, I’m leaving for work now! I’m already at a late start, so make sure to eat the leftovers from dinner last night, and also be sure that Zayn also eats when he returns.” Rachel’s mom informed them as she rushed to gather her bags and keys.

Rachel nodded, and pulled herself up off the couch carefully.

“Where is Zayn by the way?” Harry asked curiously.

“Oh he just went to get a few snacks….I think I’ve ate every last thing left in this house. But atleast I have pregnancy as an excuse now.” Rachel gave him a sly wink.

“Yeah cause we all know how you eat like a pig.” Harry teased her poking her cheek.

Rachel’s mouth widened and she punched him in the ribs.

Rachel’s mom stood there smiling and then finally had her things together. “Alright kids well, I’m out. Oh and Rach, I spoke to your dad earlier today and he said it was great to finally see you. Keeping him out of your life like that was a horrible decision the both of us made. He said he had a lovely few months with you, and meeting Harry and Zayn and the rest of your crew was amazing. He said he’ll be sure to take a couple days off of work once in a while to come see you.”

Rachel smiled. “That’s good to hear.” And inside her head, she just thought…it was all thanks to Zayn.

“Okay now for real, I need to go! And please make sure to take care of Ali? I know you won’t, but I can guarantee Harry will right?” Her mother asked pointed at him.

Harry chuckled. “Oh you wouldn’t even bet on it. I’ll take care of both Rach and Ali.”

Rachel arched her eyebrow at Harry’s ‘kindness.’ What a suck up.

“Ass licker.” Rachel mouthed. Harry held his middle finger up towards his nose and pretended to be pushing up his invisible glasses.

It was this geeky thing he always did, to hint the middle finger at someone.

“Thanks so much kids, I’m off now.” She gave Rachel a quick kiss and rushed out the door.

“HARRY! YOU PROMISED ME YOU WOULD PLAY HIDE AND SEEK! I WAS SEEKING, BUT YOU DIDN’T HIDE!” Ali came running down the stairs and jumped on Harry’s back.
