Into The Blue " Reminiscence "

Between the Shadows of mystery and claws of reality we found ourselves, struck by the sight ahead of us...

The giant door that immediately disappeared from our sight fit perfectly into the giant gap on its side.

Tia screamed so loud, the hair on the back of our necks stood in terror. She is claustrophobic and could not stand small spaces. The ear piercing sound of crashing rock made her think the cave was falling over our heads, only that would have been easier to process.

The door revealed a secret passage. It was different, but my wounded reminiscence immediately recognized it. It was the dark dungeon from the dream; I could almost feel the heat. My lost eyes were looking for the darkness that once blinded them.

This time the passage was cold, still and dark, however it was not dim, instead it was enlightened with a thousand-and-one branches, which shined with a faint, ashen light and glowed with a lovely, blanched, bright shimmer. All the branches gathered at the top of the passage to create a Hallway shape, with half-circles skillfully shaped over our heads.

It almost looked like snow; it felt like snow; IT WAS SNOW! We could not believe our eyes. It felt like a dream, an illusion, someone shared the thought while we were still walking. Tia responded, with a tone like she was simply just stating a fact!

“I still believe that we had way too much to drink!"

" … Or we found an underground dungeon to a VIP club" Sienna said, in the most careless voice, which made all of us turn around to face her in disbelief. Some of her words just dragged that feeling out of people.

'" Yeah, Sienna, and it opened with a magical door and Azura's bracelet is the key! You never cease to amaze me with your cleverness," said Noah, with his signature sarcasm.

“Either you shut up or I will amaze you with the load of my fist!" The carelessness in Sienna's voice suddenly turned into an aggressive one.

Noah immediately took the hint and became quiet; we all did for a while until we reached the end of the passage.

Now this hidden path was only a few steps, but it felt as long as a day’s walk, until we finally came across a gate. It resembled a door, but there were no handle and no sides, just a gigantic mirror.

. A mirror with no reflection, surrounded by silver sculptures of the same symbols we came across, which were on the stone door back at the cave. The contrast of the grey glimmer and the azure of the mirror created a sight to be carved in the memory. With illusional waves crashing into each other and slowly fading at the silver edges.

I have seen something like this before.  I reached out my hand to touch it. A sense of discomfort and oddness suddenly bathed my already shivering skin, I immediately pulled it back. A second hidden craving inside of me urged me to reach for it one more time.

I turned around and I looked at all of their lost gazes, drunken eyes and disbelieved souls.Noah was about to say something, he looked puzzled, torn between whether to believe his mind or his eyes.

“Ara...”

“What?”

“Your hand... “His words were lost at a sight behind my eyes.

“What’s wrong with my hand?”I answered with a hesitant voice.

I turned to face it and all I saw was my arm. My hand was penetrated through the blue gate like I was a ghost, like it was some kind of thick blue mist.

My hand was gone and a strange feeling was seeping into my blood beneath my veins, a feeling I've experienced once before. All of this felt so familiar, too familiar. I pulled my hand back right away and stared at it in horror, which slowly it turned into disbelief, then eventually become a determination. I couldn't wait any longer, I was going in.

A svelte, silhouette suddenly jumped from behind me and walked right through the gate with the speed of light, disappearing into the misty waves, IT WAS SIENNA!

“WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?” Screamed Noah, at the top of his lungs. I turned around to face him. I was in shock. His eyes looked like they were on the verge of insanity. He stepped towards me and held my arms and shook me hard, back and forth, back and forth.
