**** Casanova in the m/m. And interview with Jack Thriller the guy playing Casanova. He is hilarous."

AUGUST P.O.V. –

I was going up to the apartment when I heard a voice call out for me to hold the door. I looked to see it was Casanova, my older fraternity brother – his real name was Jack but that’s what we called him because he was always trying to mack some  brauds-  running to the door with a brown paper bag which I assumed held six pack of beer.

“Thank you.  Gimme a minute.” He sat the bag down at thisfeet and leaned against the door wheezing. “Fat and Run don’t go together.”

He wiped the sweat from his brow. “Whew! I gotta start working out. This ain’t good.”

I don’t think he remembered me which was understandable because he was a part of Durrell’s line. They were way older than me, but when we were pledging he headed a lot of the stuff we had to do.

“Nova it’s me, Yung.” I laughed.

He looked at me. “Ahh boah, boah look at you. Roo-Roooooo!” He did our call and dapped me up.

“You looking a little different.”

“How so?”  I looked at him confused.

“You gotta little weight on ya. Ya skinny swole now. Been hitting the gym huh?”

“I try.” I felt a little good somebody noticed. I had been hitting the weights to get my weight up. I was sick of mutha-fuckas calling me skinny and shit.

“You graduated right?” He picked the bag up off the floor.

“Yeah.”

“Where you at now?”

“Dental School up in Philly.”

“Oooo boah, boah! You bout to get the two P’s huh?”

“What’s the two P’s?”

“Paper and the Pussy.”

A woman walked back. “Speaking of Pussy.” He whispered to me.

“How you doing miss lady?” He smiled a creepy smile at the lady.

She rolled her eyes and gave him the bird.

“You have a nice day too!” He hollered out as she disappeared in the hallway.

“You wild man.” I chuckled.

“Come on upstairs and have a beer with me. Chop it up with ya big bruh.”

I had to meet up with Sev at the office later, but I had time. “Ok. Cool.”

We rode the elevator up to the fifth floor where his apartment was.

“I didn’t know you stayed here.” I told him.

“Just moved here mane. Me and my lady on the outs.” He said opening the door to his apartment.

It was an absolute mess. Pizza boxes, beer cans, clothes, anything you can think of was thrown all around.

“Have a seat.”  He threw some clothes that were on the couch onto the floor.

“Naw man, I’mma stand.”

I didn’t know what the hell was crawling in his crib looking at how dirty it was. I wasn’t taking no roaches home with me.

“Here you go.”

He handed me a can of beer. I took it. He got one out the bag, and put the rest in the fridge.
