Breaking the Code of Love

Chapter 1

It was the first day of school and I had to get ready for my job--teaching job. I've

worked at Sampson High School for three years so far, this will be my fourth. As I

stepped out of my car I saw a blue Toyota truck park beside me. A guy with black hair

and strong built arms walk out of the vehicle. He grabbed his keys out of the ignition and

put in his pocket. All of a sudden he looked over at me with his angelic face and beautiful

green eyes. He nodded his head at me in a 'what's up' kind of way. I smiled, grabbed my

keys, and headed towards the school. The black haired man shortly followed behind me.

It kind of scared me because at first I thought he was a teacher but he didn't park in the

area we were supposed to. Then I finally turned around and asked . . . "Why are you

following me?" I didn't realize he had coffee in his hand and before I could; I had already

spilled it all over him.

"Oh my. . .Ow!" he shouted while the smoldering hot coffee was staining his

shirt, and burning his chest. "What is your problem?" he looked up at me. "I'm sorry."

"No I'm the one that's sorry I stained your shirt and burnt you chest."

I helped him up off of his knees and as our hands touched I felt an electric spark.

After our grasp was released so was the spark.

"Thanks," he said with a smile, "and um...by the way I am a teacher here I just didn't know where to park."

I giggled. "You park in the parking lot that has the sign saying 'Faculty parking'."

"Oh that helps." he laughed while blushing of embarrassment. I chuckled at his

rosy cheeks. He shyly looked away.

"Come on we'll go upstairs in my classroom do you have another shirt to put on?"

"I'll have to look in my truck."

"Okay."

He walked back to his truck. He nodded his head yes, grabbed the shirt and walked back

to me.

"Okay then let's go." we walked through the main doors and up the stairs to my

classroom. After the man was completely in the room I quickly shut the door behind us

when I turned around he gave me a puzzled look.

"Why'd you close the door." he asked still looking confused. To help him out; I

pointed to my shirt.

"Yes, what about it?"

"Take it off."

"What! Why are you having me take my shirt of? I don't even know you, and you

want me to take my clothes off!"

"It's not like I'm telling you to get completely naked." I said in defense.

"Only half naked." he laughed. I laughed also.

"Just do it." I said with a smirk.

"Okay jeez pushy much." he said turning around to pull his red t-shirt off. As he

turned back around my eyes were stunned by his gigantic abs. he had a six pack. I

was in a daze.

"The shirt's off. Now what?" he smirked at me in a flirty way.

"Yes...it...is!" I said raising one eyebrow. "I mean; just keep standing right there

and if you don't care I'll take your red shirt home with me and wash it if you want."

"Alright that'd be great thanks!" he said still standing there half naked.

"No problem. Now lets get some aloe on that burn."

"You don't have to." he said.

I ignored him and walked to the ledge under one of the windows and cut a piece of leaf

off of the aloe plant. "Here." I said turning back to him. I put some of the juice from the

plant on the burnt area on his chest.

"Oh by the way my name's Kevin. Kevin Down."

"Nice to meet you Kevin. My name's Brittany. Brittany Shade!" I said while

carefully grazing my hand over his abs. the feel of his chest was incredible and then the

shock came back again.

"Thanks." he said soothed.

"No problem. So what subject are you teaching and what grade?" I hoped he

taught eighth grade with me.

"Eighth grade math!" he said proudly with a wide smile.

"Cool you teach the same grade I do! What room number?"

"One second." he scanned his schedule "Room 808!"

"Sweet you're right across the hall from me!" I said happily.
