Chapter 11

Tegan's POV

We watched television for a while. I noticed him grinning and looking at my lap, when I looked down and saw that I was playing with his fingers, I hadn't even realized I was doing it. Why am I taking this slow again?

I bit my lip and looked up at him. "Lucas?"

He looked at me with his amazing smile. "Yeah?"

"I changed my mind."

He looked confused, "What?" God, he is so slow. I moved position so I was now straddling him. He looked shocked but put his arms around my back. The contact was so intense, he was looking deep into my eyes.

I couldn't wait anymore. "Kiss me Lucas." He gave me a breathtaking smile before leaning in. He brushed his lips against mine lightly a few times then pressing a little harder until we were kissing passionately. I felt completely alive. I could breathe properly, although probably not for long by the way he was kissing me. Every part of me tingled. I ran my fingers through his hair and down his back then gripped his shoulders. I could feel how hard he was, it made my body ache for him. I moaned against his lips. I wanted him but for once I wasn't going to take things further, everything was completely different with him.

He pulled away slightly our lips were still touching. "Tegan, are you sure you want to be together?" he asked nervously.

God yes, there was no way I could go back to how we were. "I'm sure,"I replied honestly. He smiled and stroked along my jaw with his thumb making me shudder. "Kiss me again." His lips crashed back to mine in an instant. His hands were in my hair and mine were running down his toned chest, making him moan. I pulled away looking in his eyes. I loved being this close to him.

We kissed for ages, I was really turned on so I pulled away before I gave in. I wanted him badly but I still didn't want to rush anything. "Luke I want to wait. I know that recently I haven't waited with guys," he flinched, s*it I shouldn't have said that. "Crap! Luke I'm sorry. I just don't want to rush it with you. I mean you're differen-" He pressed his lips to mine silencing me, I kissed him back wrapping my hands round his neck.

"Tegan, I can wait." I smiled and kissed him lightly, this guy is amazing.

"So you wanna go get some lunch?" I asked, I was getting really hungry.

"Definitely I'm starving."

"You always are. Seriously mister one day you're gonna balloon!" We both stood up and I wrapped my hands round his neck, his were on my hips. I had to stretch up on my toes to kiss him, he laughed and lent down so I could reach.

"Let's go eat shortie."

I put my hands on my hips dramatically, "I am not short!"

He started laughing at me, "You have to stand on your toes to kiss me."

"Whatever." I folded my arms over my chest and frowned. I was trying to look angry but it just made him laugh more.

"Shortie!" I rolled my eyes at him and he lent down and kissed me before taking my hand and leading me to the kitchen. Everyone turned to look at us, when they saw our hands they all smiled widely. I looked up at Lucas who was also had a huge smile on his face.

Laid out on the table were slices of ham, chicken and beef, rolls, salad and cupcakes. We all took our seats and they started making sandwiches. "Tegan," mum said frowning at me as I ignored the sandwiches and grabbed a cupcake.

"Oh come on mum! Sandwiches or cake? What do you expect?"

She frowned slightly, "You can have both. One cupcake is not enough for lunch."

"Who said I was only having one?" She laughed at me as she grabbed a roll. I looked at her and raised an eyebrow. I was not joking.

"So are we watching the football while the girls are shopping?" Jake asked Lucas and Jason.

"Yeah then they're meeting us at the pub for dinner," Jason replied. Jason couldn't walk around for that long he had to take it easy after getting my dads heart, I still couldn't look him in the eye. I'm glad he's okay but it still hurt a lot.

I wasn't looking forward to going shopping for once. I knew the second the boys were away from us I would be plagued by questions about me and Lucas. I groaned and banged my head down on the table. "Looking forward to our girlie morning Tegan?" Ava asked sarcastically, she knew I wasn't. I turned my head to glare at her.

I sat up and smiled, I'd had a thought. "You know what I might go with the guys and watch football."
