            It’s been ten hours since Tavi has been missing and every time Shayne and the boys would come to check on the girl they came up empty handed. Rasia kept a positive mindset as she sat in Shayne’s Family room with the girls. They had moved from Rasia’s house to Shayne’s because they didn’t want Rasia’s mom to become suspicious about anything. Rasia knew that if they didn’t find Tavi soon that they were gonna have to tell her mom, and although the boys didn’t wanna get the police evolved they agreed anyways.

            All five of the girls sat in the Family room silently waiting for them to walk through the door with Tavi. Rasia was trying to eat the food that the boys had dropped off for them because she knew her son was hungry but it was hard for her to maintain the food. Analeigh sat on the floor with Addison playing and watching TV with her. Aniya was biting away at her nails in the daze, while Loren pasted the room back and forth. And lastly Kim sat on her phone trying to get a hold of Calvin to find out if they were close to finding her.

            It was ten o’clock in the morning and the sun was peaking through the windows. All the girls had their own plans for the day but canceled wanting to be at Shayne’s house waiting for Tavi’s arrival. Rasia knew she wouldn’t be able to sleep or do anything until she knew that her best friend was okay. She often caught herself smiling at the memories they had growing up and how much Tavi meant to her. She thought about the time when Tavi first told Rasia and Jasmine about her nasty ways and how she knew she had to be there to help change her friend. It was her duty as a best friend to help her and that’s exactly what she did. Yeah, Rasia and Tavi had their fair share of petty arguments but they always bounced back like they never even argued in the first place. Some days Rasia wished Jasmine was still in the clique and often thought about if she should sit down with them one day to talk it all out but there was no point. They all grew up and she realized that some friends aren’t who they say they are and Jasmine proved what kind of person she was.

            Rasia watched as Loren walked back and forth and sighed. “Loren, can you please stop you’re giving me motion sickness”

            Loren stopped and looked at her. “Sorry, I’m just nervous that’s all”

            Loren walked over to the couch and sat down next to Rasia placing her elbows on her knees and her head in her hands.

            “Can we talk about something?” Rasia asked. “This silent room is making me feel some type of way”

            Kim hung up her phone and looked at Rasia. “Yeah, I feel the same way”

            “What is there to talk about though?” Analeigh asked.

            “Well” Kim stopped to think. “Let’s talk about how Rasia needs to share the food with her pregnant ass”

            All the girls in the room laughed including Rasia. She was most definitely hogging all the food and was hardly even eating it. She just needed something to comfort her at this time and right now that’s what the food was doing.
