I Shouldn't Love Him

Hola, hello. How do you do? Not much to say this time sooo yeeaaa Oh and I dedicate this chapter to DUBBIE because I love, love, love her story even tho she hadnt updated in awhile. :( That's ok cuz I she's really busy. Okay you can start reading now. *********************************************************************

Chapter 10

I looked at the two of them wide-eyed.

"Roni it's not what you think it is." He insisted.

"Then what is it?" I asked angrily. He glanced at Trish and shrugged. The room fell silent. I stood up and made my way towards Trish.

"How could you do this to me?" I felt the tears building up in my eyes. She began to speak but nothing came out. I pushed past her and Callum.

"Roni wait!" Callum said grabbing my arm. I snapped my head in his direction.

"Don't touch me." I said through my clenched teeth.

"Okay just hear me out, nothing happened between Trish and I." He said letting go of my arm.

"Then how come neither of you would answer me when I asked what was going on?" I asked. He inhaled deeply.

"I can't believe this. Callum I really thought you were the one. Don't worry about us. Go out with Alex or Trish. I honestly don't care what you do." I lied. He looked down at his shoe for awhile, nodded, got in his car and drove off. I looked back at Trish and she stood there and gave me a sad smile. I could not believe what just happened. I lost everything that was important to me. I began to walk home slowly. And of course it started to rain, hard. I really didn't care about anything right now. I just wanted to get home. I finally got there about 10 minutes later. I saw mom's car in the driveway. I really didn't want to go in there and explain to her what happened. I pulled out my phone. Who could I talk to? Natalie? No, she picks her nose. Kevin? No way, he had had the hugest crush on me since kindergarten. I scrolled and stopped at James's name. I was so desperate to talk to someone. I was gonna call him and ask if he could pick me up but I decided to surprise him. I got there in about 15 minutes. I hesitantly rang the doorbell. I stood there waiting for awhile. I don't think anyone was here in the first place because there weren't any cars in the driveway. I started to turn around and head home when the door suddenly flew open. I slowly turned around and walked back to the front door. James stood there, shirtless, in sweatpants.

"Hey." I said quietly.

"Roni did you walk here?" He asked concerned. I nodded slowly.

"Why didn't you just call?" He asked. I shrugged.

"Come in." He said taking my hand and leading me to his bedroom. I plopped down on his fluffy bed and he sat beside me.

"What's up?" He asked. I shifted on the bed awkwardly.

"I think Callum is cheating on me." I said in a bearly audible voice. A tear escaped my eye. James reached over and wiped the tear away. I gave him a sad smile.

"Alex?" He asked. I cringed when he said her name.

"Yeah." I sniffled. He put an arm around me and pulled me closer to him. I rested my head on his chest while he stroked my hair.

"I was so stupid to ever let you go." He said looking down at me.

"You got that right bud." I said smiling. He leaned in. He's about to kiss me and I think I want him to. We were nose to nose when I stopped him.

"You seem different." I said.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Well, you're not your normal smirking, arrogant self."

"People change." He said.

"Not you."

"Ouch." He said holding his bear chest. I snickered. He's changed and I think I like it.

"Shut up and kiss me." I demanded. I grabbed his neck and pulled him down to my lips. The gentle kiss turned into a violent one. Oh my gosh, this boy had a way with his lips! I pulled away. We both were breathing heavily.

"Missed these lips?" He asked smirking.

"Eh.." I said teasingly.

"Whatever." He said rolling his eyes.

"I should problaby get going." I said standing up.

"Alright, but be back here tomorrow at 7 so I can show you a real good time." He licking his lips.

"Pass." I said scrunching my face up.

"Ok well you're missing out." He said shrugging. He walked me down to the front door.

"Thanks for letting me come over." I said.

"Anytime Roni." He gave me a real smile. I couldn't help but smile back. I got up on my tippy-toes and kissed him on the cheek. I waved goodbye and was on my way home. I think I'm falling for him again. He was just so sweet and charming. I day dreamt about him all the way home. I entered the front door and felt like I was floating up the stairs. I took a quick shower and laid on my bed thinking about James. He seemed so different. As I was thinking about James Callum crossed my mind. I don't know what to do about him. I guess I'm just gonna have to sleep on it. I shut my eyes and before I knew it, I was fast asleep. ******************************************************************************************************
