Chapter 86

“So since we know where Billy is, I think it’ll be easier to get there. We don’t necessarily have to go through the front, but I think it’s still going to be tricky.” Gabe said. No one answered back. He didn't expect an answer from Josh, but he looked over at his boyfriend.

Andy was looking forward, but he sure wasn’t looking at anything. And he just proved he sure wasn't hearing anything. Gabe hated that all this shit was going on when Andy needed him the most. The boy would have probably shrugged him off, but he would have kept on him until Andy returned to normal. But this shit going on lately had been getting in the way of it.

“Don’t think about it.” He heard himself say as he looked out the windshield.

Andy looked at him, then a sorrowful look dawned on his expression. “How can I not?”

“You can think about something else. I mean, like...me or something?” Gabe’s grip on the steering wheel tightened. Damn that sounded corny.

Andy laughed. “And what am I exactly supposed to think about when I’m thinking about you?” He questioned.

Suddenly, Gabe’s mind went everywhere. “I can think about many things you could fantasize about us.” He said darkly, keeping his eyes on the road.

There was a little gagging sound in the back, but neither Gabe or Andy paid attention to him. Gabe because he was in shock that he actually said something like that, and Andy because he was too busy blushing. “Gabe, that-that--”

They reached a red light, and Gabe finally turned his eyes to Andy. “I don’t like you being so down like this.” He said honestly as he looked into Andy’s eyes.

He couldn’t figure out who moved closer first, but the next thing he knew, their lips were molded together.

“Hey hey hey hey hey!” Josh said from the back. He grabbed both of their heads, squeezing them together before pulling them apart. “Yo, fucking bitches! Listen. Up! I can’t kiss my Billy, you have no fucking shit being all lovey dovey in front of me! Now drive brother-fuckers!” He let go and sat back while crossing his arms.

Andy and Gabe looked at each other before they burst into laughter. “At least he sounds like the same old Josh again.” Gabe said. before looking forward. The light turned green and he stepped on the gas. “You better be glad I promised to get you to that hospital ASAP.”

Josh sat in the back, not really knowing how he felt. He had this feeling since Gabe unlocked that cell gate and hurried him out to the car.

Sure, he got mad seeing those two fidiots in the front seat get all lovey-dovey. And shit, they could, but not right now.

But he guessed it was all good. He needed the momentary distraction to pull him out of the whirlpool of his thoughts.

His main thought was how he was going to react when he saw Billy. He loved the shit out of that girl. No one else was going to ever change that.

To prove it, he’d gone all apeshit on Robert. He couldn’t remember much from behind the red film that had filled his vision back at the Pierce residence. He just remembered the part right before he started throwing fists at the guy’s face...
