"Well mate, maybe you should stop disappearing god knows where and maybe go home to your girlfriend once in a while" Louis said.
"Disappearing?" Liam asked confused.
"Yeah, for the past week, you just go to god knows where. Eleanor told me that Danielle told her that you had disappeared at Mondays night around midnight and returned at four in the morning. And for example, last week after our radio interview, where did you go?" Louis asked raising an eyebrow.
“Well…” Liam paused, “I went to meet a friend” He told him.
“A friend?” Louis asked. Liam slowly nodded.
“Is this friend of yours a girl?”
“And what if she is?” Liam asked.
“So your friend is a girl” Louis smirked at Liam.
“What?”
“Nothing, nothing” Louis raised her hands up in defense.
“So do I know this girl?” he asked, feeling quite curious.
“No” Liam shook his head.
“Ok, so how do you know her and does Danielle know about this “friend” of yours?”
Liam sighed, he didn’t know if he should tell his friend about Jade or not. And the fact that Danielle didn’t know about him spending most of his time with Jade, made him feel quite bad.
“I met her about a week ago when I was running away from group of girls” Liam told him, leaning back in the sofa.
“I ran into this art studio to hide and I broke a vase that apparently was her aunt’s, so that’s how I met her. And last week after the radio interview, I went back there apologize again and to give her a new vase, you know, to replace the one that I broke.” Liam explained.
“So for the past week, you have been hanging out with this girl?” Louis asked, trying to put the pieces together.
“Basically yeah, I have”
“Do you like this girl?” Louis asked him bluntly.
“No … I mean … I don’t know, I don’t think I do.”
Louis raised an eyebrow at him. “You don’t know? Really? To me it sounds like you do like her!”
“I don’t know, I guess in a way I do like her. She’s just… different.” Liam sighed, running his hands through his hair.
“What do you mean different?” Louis asked quite confused.
“She just is.” Liam shrugged. “Can we just drop it?” He asked, not really wanting to talk about it anymore.
“Alright, but remember, you have a girlfriend that you have been with for two years. So don’t do anything stupid that you are going to regret later.” Louis told him, before standing up from the sofa.
Later that night, Liam found himself standing in front of the studio once more. He didn’t know if that was the right thing to do. Maybe he should have just gone home.
We’re just friends Liam told himself just friends.
Shaking his head slightly, Liam made his way towards the door. Upon entering the studio, he could hear music coming from the studio. He recognized the song right away, the soft melody of Oasis Stop crying your heart out met his ears. Smiling slightly, he made his way further in, his gaze fell on Jade who was sitting on the floor, rows of photography’s in front of her.
